I am a frequent subway go-er, and this is one of the top 3 subways on my "chilliwack subway" list. I find it to be speedy and fresh, and 9 out of 10 times, the staff is friendly and tentative. The floors and tables are genuinely clean and functional with no broken seats/chair legs or large messes. The past few visits, I've noticed the fountain drink machine continues to be out of Pepsi and Mountain Dew but functions well otherwise. In terms of service, they always are responsive to any requests - including my boyfriends severe dairy allergy. They change their gloves and complete his sandwich before starting mine (I have to ask them to do this every time, but they never argue or show any kind of ignorance in doing so - always friendly and smiling.) I've only experienced poor service once - which came down to my sandwich bread being burnt previous to being toasted, I asked for new bread, the woman behind the glass made eye contact but failed to get new bread and carried on. Being in a hurry and realistically not that picky, I opted to let it go and carry on with the order myself (crispy bread is not the worst). She continued to struggle in giving me the requested extra pickles and banana peppers but after saying "more pickles please", "more banana peppers please" several times, I finally got to the desired amount. All in all, not the worst service I've encountered at a subway. I've seen the crew of 2 or 3 workers move thru a line of 10 plus people smoothly, tentatively, respectfully, quickly and without any large sighs or panic amongst them. Lastly, in terms of ingredients - they seem to always be well stocked, fresh ham, lettuce that's not soggy, tomatoes that aren't squished/overly runny, crunchy cucumbers and the staff is typically never chincy on quantity.

   Read moreThey did not give me my food that I ordered on the SUBWAY app. Not DoorDash as they keep telling me (I donât even have a DoorDash account) Thats just who they have working on deliveryâs through the subway app. I have talked to everyone, DoorDash, my credit card company, subway and no one will give me a refund. They took my 35$ but will not give me a refund. I ordered online Sunday and Iâm STILL trying to get my money back Wednesday morning. The owner will not talk to me, he just gets the staff to tell me I canât get a refund (even though I didnât get ANYTHING for the 35$) but he/she will not actually talk to me. They had my credit card information to take my money but canât give it back. I have even gone into the store twice now. The âmanagerâ just talks over me and tells me they have nothing to do with it. The payment came from âsubway _ chilliwack bcâ no one else. Also, finding someone to talk to via email or phone is impossible, good luck finding a phone number and/or email address that will actually help you. You can chat with a robot on their website but really doesnât help at all. The owner and manager are back in India so not only is our Canadian dollars helping their economy but you canât even talk to them face to face or get your money back after you get nothing in return. Oh AND when I got to âtalkâ to the manager once I had to talk to her on an employees phone and she was mean, rude and NOT helpful.    Read moreI would strongly suggest that if you are thinking about ordering food from this establishment, to think twice. I picked up an order that I was strongly dissatisfied with and made a formal complaint the next day about the food quality. I recieved an email (from who I can only assume was the owner) informing me to bring back the half eaten food, that I had disposed of, in order to recieve a credit. The food had been tossed away and when I responded informing the author of the email that it wouldn't be possible to do so as the food was sitting in a green bin with rotting fish and other contaminants, I was met with someone who ghosted my response like a Tinder hookup that went negatively. So in short, if you decide to order from this location or any other location owned by "Rob" be assured, that customer satisfaction is not at the top of this individuals priorities and that risking the health of other customers is not an issue for them as I believe bringing rotting food into a restaurant and plopping it into the counter that everyone else recieves food through is just a ridiculous health and safety issue. Order your food wisely and order from places that prioritizes your health and wellness above profits and doesn't monkey you around when it comes to making a terrible experience a better one when given the opportunity.
