Booster Juice — Restaurant in British Columbia

I went in to order a smoothie- there was one person ahead of me but he had ordered before I decided what I wanted and got his order shortly after. My first issue was the store was extremely hot which wasn’t pleasant as I had to wait 15 minutes for a single smoothie. I understand things happen and break unexpectedly but perhaps having the door open and fans would have helped as it was cooler outside than inside. My second issue was the employees were talking amongst themselves about how dirty the juicing machine was and how the previous nights employees weren’t doing their job. Again, things happen but you should not be speaking about how dirty your establishment is and equipment is in front of customers. She was also clearly upset and annoyed that ingredients weren’t out like they should have been and voiced that as well in front of me. My third issue was that it took 15 minutes for one smoothie which is absolutely ridiculous. And my final issue was my smoothie wasn’t even blended all the way and it was chunky. Absolutely terrible for the workers here I was here on a Sunday at 10:30 Feb 18,2024 one young girl on shift and customers flowing in. I felt terrible for her

This is on ownership and management but more so ownership. - you can tell they are cheap as the keep napkins behind the counter

Apparently the owners don’t think Sundays are busy enough to have two staff on duty.

There should be a minimum of two people on shift for safety reasons. Great job ownership great job

I have been going to this location every single day for the past 10months (I love my booster juice after working out) — so I probably spent over 3,000 dollar at this location in the past year.

I got in at 5:56pm on family day. The girl working was serving other clients. I waited in the line until 18:01. I was the only one left in the store and she tell me “unfortunately I am closing right now”
