Went there this morning and got my usual; A large 3 cream French Vanilla with one shot of espresso and a sausage biscuit sandwich. The sandwich was good, hot and tasting fresh. Unfortunately the french vanilla was watery, which can happen when the powder gets low, or stuck in the dispenser. Now I never expect anything to be perfect, we all are human and mistakes happen. But what counts is how we fix those mistakes and the manner in which they are dealt with.
So here is why I am writing this review: I took the half finished coffee that was barely drinkable back to this store and told the person at the counter, how I came here in the morning and got this coffee which was watery. Instead of saying, the usual "I'm sorry about that" the girl with major holes in her ears said with a very unpleasant tone "what was it supposed to be". I told her what it should have been and just decided to leave the store once my coffee was handed to me.
This is not how customer service should be so here I am writing a review on the store, because its not my fault the coffee was watery, and its not even their fault for it either. But there is no excuse to be rude to someone who paid for something that should be one way and comes out another. If I could give zero stars I would cause this is something I would expect from a high school volunteer cafeteria.

She made it very clear she doesn’t care about her job at all. Brutal service.
She gave us one pastry, 2 donuts and said “bye” before she even gave us our drinks.
When the pastries did finally come, the cup was sticky everywhere and now my car and hands have sticky whip cream and coffee for the next 3 hours of driving.
They didn’t warm up the pastries, so they were cold and stale.
We had to remind her she forgot the other pastry and clearly she doesn’t care about her job because it was clearly a problem.
When will this change? Just because you have the money to buy a franchise doesn’t mean you should. Clearly their leadership is just as good as the woman, as well as the franchise owners due to every review for them being brutal with pics and info to back it up.
A real Canadian company being flushed down the drain by people with too much money that dont care at all about their business. Just need that $$$!!

Order arrives minus a dozen donuts and chocolate croissant. Back to the skip app and mark missing items. Due to credits issued for mistakes reported in the past, refuse to do anything about it. I ordered a lot, I ordered a lot, many years, many mistakes, many credits. Many unreported mistakes, too. So, I call Tim Hortons directly. The girl understood my problem, and told me to reorder and she will fix it. I asked just to be clear, “if I reorder the missing items, you will replace the missing ones as well. So I reorder one box and one croissant, I will get two boxes and two croissants?” She says “yes”. I asked her name and told her I loved her and thanked her very much for fixing what skip wouldn’t. I receive the second order. One box, one croissant. So I call Tim Hortons back. Another girl listens to my story, I hear talking in the background and I get disconnected. I call back and no answer.
