My family are frequent visitors to this restaurant. Both the beef noodles and dumplings are delicious and authentically northern Chinese.

The beef noodles come in both regular and spicy varieties. The noodles are soft and chewy, topped generously with roasted beef slices. The broth is rich and perfectly complements the dish.

The dumplings are large and true to northern tradition. Our favorites are the steamed pork and chive dumplings, and the fried shrimp, egg, and leek dumplings. The steamed dumplings are juicy with thin, delicate wrappers, while the fried ones each have a large peeled shrimp inside.

This hidden gem is tucked away in an unassuming plaza. It is well worth the venture for comforting soup, noodles, and dumplings. The restaurant is neat, tidy, and welcoming.

We ordered the beef noodle soup and the handmade pork and chive dumplings. The huge bowl of soup came with a generous portion of noodles and lots of thinly sliced beef. The broth was hearty and warmed the soul. The dumplings were steamed and then pan fried for crispiness. They were piping hot and juicy so be careful.

The menu isn't overwhelming and there's something for everyone, including Asian salads, non-soup mains, noodle soups, seafood, and of course, hand-made dumplings.
