I went with my family. It was a very nice experience overall. Now, the details... The food was really good. I got 4 #7, 1 small and 2 large, the 4th bowl being a large for takeout. The large was so big, it felt like an X-Large. There is a lot of noodles in the bowl, and there is a decent amount of meat, so the meal does feel a little out of portion. The meat was very fatty and good though! BUT, for the price, I thought it was amazing and definitely worth the price. The broth is very flavorful too! A small bowl is 15$, and a large is 16$. (Without the grand opening special) Keep in mind that it is cash only and the taxes are included! I didn't take a picture of the small bowl, but a small bowl here is equivalent to medium at most places in downtown. My parents thought it was a little salty, but I loved it personally. I require strong tastes, so that may be why. I also regret getting the Che 3 Mau. Forget the taste... but getting half a glass for 5$ is sad... but honestly, that's minor since I care more about phõ over dessert. The service was slow, but I don't blame them. The place was packed beyond the restaurant's capacity due to their grand opening, so I'm not complaining. Of course, there is room for improvement since the restaurant was opened just a few days ago, so this review will likely change in the future. At the very least, I prefer this place over the IamPho restaurant that's across the street. I will come back! New changes: I came back a month later, and their Che Ba Mau has greatly improved. It's no longer diluted, and the glass is filled! Service was very fast as well. The pho was still very good and flavorful!

Do we really need another Viet restaurant in this area? The answer is YES. Good tasting and great portions for the right price point (might even be a tad cheaper than the other viet joints in the area). Definitely go there if you want to stare down at inflation and taunt inflation with mouth fulls of noodles, rice and meats. The pho is tasty. Not the best but tasty. Very respectable. Definitely hits the spot and makes you want more. Mega plus: the large is really a large. Plenty of noodles, meats, tendons, tripes and other beefy joys. The cooked beef is tender but a tad too "powdery" to my liking. The garnish plate offers fresh lime, thai basil, chili peppers and bean sprouts. Bean sprouts look a bit tired but still crunchy. Overall, thumbs up for a comforting bowl of beefy joy. Been eating there twice in 3 weeks and have ordered 3 rice platters with trifecta of beef, chicken and pork chop. Good portion, thin cuts and great taste! The fish sauce is perfect for it. Kept baptizing my meats into it. Delish mouthfulls every time. The rainbow drink (3 color che) is good. Well-balanced coconut taste. Just right. Beans are mushy like you want them but I wished the jelly strings were a bit thinner. Chunks and strings are too big. They do not seem to offer banh mi but I definitely will be going here instead of my other regular spot in the area now. Service is suuuuper friendly and helpful. John is the man!!!!

So to let you know they currently have promotions from Monday to Wednesday. They also accept only cash or credit. No debit cards accepted. Prices are taxes included. Everything was very decent for price and delicious. When we went it wasn't busy which in turn worked out well for us. Unlike their competition down the street the tables aren't squished up close to others. The restaurant is large but the only downside is one bathroom per gender. Restaurant was clean. Service staff was amazing. Our waiter came often to ask us if everything was alright. They gave us an additional sauce for my wife's dish at no charge. How did we know about the specials you may ask. We'll I paid cash for our meal based on the menu price plus 22 percent tip. The waiter came back saying that it cost less because of the Monday to Wednesday. The waiter was honest and could have pocketed the money as extra tip.

It smells and look like a vietnamese restaurant. However the two choices that my partner and I took was disappointing unfortunately. I took a combo F and my partner took a Pho Dac Biet. Combo F didn't have a lot of quantity and the taste was fairly normal and not special. The Pho Dac Biet on the other hand was a major disappointment. The moment we saw the light color of the soup, we knew for a fact that its not an authentic vietnamese pho. As expected, as my partner tried the soup, the taste was very bland unfortunately. Service is mediocre at best, but it's to be expected when they just opened a few days ago. We weren't offered the choice of tea or water, we were just given water and we have to ask for our utensils and sauce. The clients next to us, came much after us and the waitress actually asked them if they would like tea or water. The restaurant has potential and there are room for improvement. I would strongly advise them to revisit their Pho Tonkinois soup recipe and hopefully with more training the employees will be more consistent in their service. Hopefully my feedback helps you to succeed in this...
