Horrible customer service from Youssef and the kitchen. I ordered a club sandwich and received it without bacon, when asked for it they said they ran out so I asked for a refund as they did not tell us that it would be without bacon and that is not what I wanted, and magically after asking for a refund, they have bacon! They quickly stuffed the lest amount of bacon in my sandwich. Their soup of the day is unlimited, asked for another bowl and they said they ran out, did you really run out just like the bacon? Absolutely worst when we ask when will they have more and he said tomorrow because they are closing soon, it’s 6:60pm and they close at 9pm. Really questioning...

I almost mistaken this from St. Hubert, both has a chicken logo. This is a French only restaurant, when I would have stuck there as there was only French menu, both on the wall mounted monitor screens above the cashiers and on paper menu. Thanks to a very outspoken cashier explaining everything to us in English. Food is OK, taste and sauce almost identical to that of Swiss Chalet in Ontario. I would suggest they add English to cater the tourists, as DIX30 is a newer attraction and shopping area, I don’t know why they insist on having...

Took me a few bad experiences to finally decide to give them a rating. The worst service i have ever seen in a restaurant. The kitchen staff gives incomplete order and the girl on the phone tells me that i am abusing my right as a client for not liking her offer for a credit on cheese and sauce for my next order. Used to order alot from this place and thought they would learn from past mistakes. But i was wrong big time. Will never do business...
