Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Brossard

The worse tim hortons location I’ve ever been to! Went their on a Saturday evening and waited 15 mins in front of the cash register just for someone to take my order! When I was finally able to order, I asked for a Orange Pekoe Tea with 2 milk! When I got back to my hotel, it tasted so weird and I checked the tea bag tag and they gave me Decaffeinated tea instead which is NOT what I ordered! Went back the next morning, this time at the drive thru! Waiting 20 mins at the window for me to get my order which was 3 tea and only one of them has sugar in it! After 20 mins at the window, the guy came back with my 3 teas and no label on the lip to know which tea had sugar in it! I told him “I told him how am I suppose to know which one has sugar it in?”…his answer was exactly this “you can just taste it”…I told him that I not going to taste every cup to know which one has sugar in it! …gave him back th teas and asked him to make me another order of the same thing but make sure to mark which one has sugar in it! Waited another 15 mins AGAIN! …while you are waiting at the window, you can see how inside are just a bunch of kids just fooling and playing around and not really working! By far the worse tim hortons I have ever been to and I don’t know how they still remain open...

I worked right near here for 3 years. Every single time I went I had terrible service, have been yelled at by an employee, and they NEVER got my coffee order right. Every single time I would do take out, drive through I even tried to order through the app, and still they would forget the oat milk, or give me a completely different order. The management of this store needs to be looked over. The way they treat customers is unacceptable, and for the love of god if I order a Oreo ice cap is it really that hard to remember when you literally have it on a screen in front of you. Absolutely terrible. I would drive out of my way to avoid this Tim Hortons, 2 years later I decided to try it again and they gave me the wrong order, once again. Just left the drive-thru, we ordered à medium hot chocolate, medium fudge latte and a box of 20 Timbits chocolate, ancienne and sour cream. When ordering, i had to repeat at least 5 times for the medium latte, and about 3 times for the timbits. At the window, the young man brought 2 boxes of 10 timbits, we told him it was wrong. He came back a 2nd time with the wrong pastry. We gave him the box back and repeated at least 5 more times what we wanted. A few minutes later he comes back to tell us he has no chocolate left. I tell him to give us the sour cream and ancienne. When he came back k with the box, it was still wrong. He gave us honey glazed instead of sour cream. We paid and left frustrated.
