The quality of service has been steadily decreasing with each visit. The quality was maintained during the COVID-19 pandemic, but since a few months ago, there were numerous mistakes in orders.
Frequent mistakes include burnt buns and wrong sizes of drinks. Cold food is not uncommon.
This last time, I ordered a breakfast sandwich at the drive-thru around 9:30 PM (since those were prominently featured on the menu) and the order was taken as such. I was quite surprised when time came to receive the order and the clerk told me that they don't do those types of sandwiches after 11 AM since a long time. Another employee besides him started arguing with him that he could make it, but I felt like it was "inconvenient" and ended up agreeing to order something else. Why is the employee taking the orders not aware of this? It really felt like a lie and made the process quite uncomfortable.
The food quality is as expected from a fast food chain, but the lack of good customer experience really hurts this franchise's...
Read moreA dirty McDonald's, badly managed. On the way in I found the washroom a mess (wet toilet paper in the urinals, bloody toilet paper on the ground, floor a bit puddled) and with no soap, which I reported to the staff who were not too busy. After we finished our supper, maybe 20 minutes later we checked again and there was still no soap. Bathroom still a pig sty. So.... No soap for me to wash my hands. Hey... What did the people who prepared my food use? Bah.
Ah, but what about the food? As my wife said, it had the feel of a place that is about to close. Salad container half full, and with wilted lettuce. Fries a bit dried out. Burger hastily built, condiments not spread out, just plopped dead center.
As well, there was something wrong with the water today. They were only serving coffee, no water, no milk, no pop, no shakes.
I can't choose zero stars, so I choose one! A rare absolute screw up for a normally...
Read moreHorrible service. I'm writing this review while waiting in my car double parked because was told to so I don't slow down their service. Took me 10 minutes to give my order and yet, was missing a hashbrown. Asked someone and he went into another direction. Then noticed they gave me ham instead of bacon for my egg McMuffin. Told me it'll take 4 minutes yet I already heard 4 songs in my car. Had to go in after being impatient and yet nothing was ready. Employees don't give a damn about their customers and don't shift into 2nd gear when it's busy. And yet they expect $15/hour for a simple job ??? Please !!!! It's not the first time they make mistakes and often forget to give me things and it was too late since I was already on the highway. Never asked for anything nor posted a negative review but this time was too much....
