Mr. Puffs — Restaurant in Brossard

The food is great, don't get me wrong but the place is overcrowded at all hours of the day which staff does not seem to be properly trained for. They seem to be all over one another trying to complete orders as quickly as possible but that results in messy boxes, mixed toppings, etc. The fact that the place is so tiny also makes it uncomfortable for both the customers ordering to go and the customers who wish to grab a bite on the spot. It makes it nearly impossible for 'sit-in' customers to use the aisle chairs as they ultimately get pushed around by the 'to-go' customers. Furthermore, the stand at which napkins/forks/picks/etc are available is on the wall that is blocked off by the line to receive orders. 10/10 would recommend the food itself but the wait time and overcrowdedness of the place makes the experience far less appealing.

Edit: Following Mr. Puffs answer to my review, I have updated my rating to 4 stars because I have to admit I was totally unaware of the second floor seating and that the only negative point remains the wait. But the wait is not so bad overall as the puffs are...

I’ve been visiting Mr. Puffs over the years while visiting and felt compelled to share this horrid experience. I visited the Dix 30 location around 3:15 pm on August 27/2021. When I arrived I noticed a group of young people (6) who may have been friends with the cashier (Danielle according to the receipt) standing next to her near the food preparation area. They had placed an order, but this is clearly a health violation during an ongoing pandemic. Once it was my turn to order, I asked Danielle about the popular flavours. Clearly she doesn’t speak english, and became verbally aggressive and rude with me. I was shocked by her treatment. I panicked and ordered two flavours and then asked her for the regular style for the third flavor (ie any Mediterranean origin person would know that means usually with honey), she snapped on me and said there’s no such thing as regular/plain. She actually screamed at me and then I said just put honey on it. I love Mr. Puffs, but I don’t plan on returning until they address the poor customer service and relieve this person...

Tastes pretty good but presentation is a total miss and cleanliness of the place is questionable.

I ordered chocolate hazelnut and instead of it being drizzled like on the pictures, it was everywhere; too much chocolate, messy and not appetizing. Also, there is hazelnut on the picture, which wasn't added to our order.

Then, there's the fact that their floor is literally an ice rink, oily beyond what I've seen in any restaurant selling fried items. They have a little eating area in the back, but we didn't even bother to sit there because it stinks like toilets, which happen to be just below. That is unacceptable in...
