The attitude of those staff were really really bad. I used the drive through, somehow the speaker is not sensitive enough, the staff inside this Tim could not hear me well at all, when I rowed down my car windows, and I know the speaker is not good, so I drove my car very close to the speaker already, but still they could not hear me well with me talking in normal loud vocal voice just like how I order food in any drive through restaurant or cafe shops, so they did not get what I wanted, so I had to literally stick out my head of the window, speaking even louder, so they could hear. Then the staff was thinking I shout at him, with a warning attitude telling me in exactly words “wow, I can hear you, no need to shout at me!”. Wow, what an attitude. In total I had to speak very loud, 4 times, no matter his mind was totally not there, or he really was distracted, as a client, had to repeat my order 4 times, and almost had to stick my face to the speaker, so he could finally hear me, to get this kind of response, this is humiliating. And when I drove to the window to pay, I explained to him, he repeated my order wrongly 3 times, so I had to get really close to the speaker to make sure he could hear me and get my order correctly, that I didn’t shout at him. Then his colleague came to tell me “well, speaker not hearing well, happens in 1 out of 100 clients.”To me, that is totally not true. It already happened to me many times, that I had to speak very loud, and repeated myself at least 3-4 times, so they could get my order correctly. That is not 1 out of 100 clients possibilities already. I reminded them, maybe their speaker need to be fixed or checked up cuz I often need to repeat and talk loud with this Tim, which it doesn’t happen to me at all at all other places. Then another colleague came to the windows, an indien or pakistanais girl, telling me I can go to other Tims, no need to come back anymore. They are basically not doing a service job at all, they are the kings and queens but who works at Tim Hortons. I am so shocked. I feel I m being badly treated. And the staff there had no service at all, and telling me I should watch out my attitude. Yes indeed, I will never go back there, although I almost go there 4-5 days a week, the location is that convenient for me. But I’d rather to go further Tim’s, or other cafes more expensive but have a decent service attitude to me. Thanks...
Read moreThis was the worst customer service experience i have had in 5 years. The women that service me is in her 50s, wears glasses and I assume the manager. Basically my 8 year old daughter had trouble deciding what she wanted for only 30 seconds The cashier got impatient and JUST TELL ME YOUR ORDER in a demeaning tone of voice. I ended up order some Trios and the order didn't come out right, We were missing the steak egg sandwich and some drinks but this part is not that big of a deal because mistakes happen. But it is how the lady kept on speaking to us in a sarcastic way even my kids caught on to how rude she was. Upon leaving i had enough and told her in a calm voice that this was the worst customer service i experience in a long time. Guess what she told me. THANK YOU YOU ARE THE WORST CUSTOMER in a sarcastic manner. So Tim Hortens is this how you train your cashiers and managers to treat customers? Please do no contact me with som form to fill out, contact me with a solution and tell me that this lady working the shift around 7:15 AM on December 6th has been reprimanded or fired. I own a business and never in a million years would i allow my staff to speak to a customer like that even if the customer was wrong which i definitely was not wrong and polite the whole time until i had enough where I could accept her tone in front of my kids anymore. At least i was able to expalin to my kids what bad customer service was so thx Tim Hortons for the learning experience and I am sure that is not what you want your brand or customer...
Read moreI was very disappointed with Tim Hortons. I ordered two lattes on my phone and waited over half an hour and still didn't get my drinks. Customers who arrived after me had already gotten their drinks and I was still waiting. I asked the staff several times if my drinks were ready and one of them replied in a very impatient manner "I'm the only one making them, just wait" and it's been 40 minutes since I placed my order. I don't understand. I've worked as a barista before and a latte can be ready in two minutes on average, even if there were a lot of customers at the time, forty minutes is unreasonable. What pissed me off the most was the attitude of this employee, I asked her if I could cancel my order after forty minutes of waiting and she wouldn't even answer, she just turned away, I don't get it, is it any reasonable behaviour for her to put my order on hold? If you don't want to take a mobile phone order, you can absolutely state that in shop, but having taken this order, such service is just hard to forgive. I will not be patronising Tim Horton's again, the staff training for this brand is...
