Quesabirrias
Order of three tacos with your choice of corn or flour (+$1 for flour) tortillas (6-inch). Corn tortillas are fried, while flour tortillas are lightly toasted. Filled with tender birria and melted cheese, topped with onions and cilantro. Includes: a cup of consommé (broth), two salsas (green and red - let us know if you prefer very spicy or medium spicy), and pickled onions.
Birria In Consomé (Jalisco Recipe)
Beef birria served in its flavorful broth. You can order half a liter or a full liter. Includes: a side of tortillas (your choice of corn or flour - flour tortillas have an additional cost of $2), onions, cilantro, two 2 oz containers of salsa, lime, and refried beans.
Red Pozole (Jalisco Style)
Delicious red pozole with shredded pork, served with lettuce, chopped onion, cilantro, radish, and lime. A flavor that will make you feel in mexico! You can order it in half a liter or one liter. Includes: a side of lime, two salsas, a side of tostadas, and a 2.5 oz serving of guacamole.

First thing first, note that this is a takeout only spot working out of the old Golphi’s restaurant on the corner of 12th & 5th. Orders are made by phone or messaging your order through WhatsApp. We put our order in through WhatsApp and it was responded to quickly and politely. Logistics out of the way - absolutely delicious little hidden gem. We got the quesabirria & carnitas tacos for our first taste. The carnitas were a tad bland on their own, but a bit of zhuzhing with the included salsas, onion, and lime took care of that. The quesabirria was excellent. So tender and flavourful. I think next time we’ll splurge for the 1L portion! Don’t sleep on the hibiscus drink (agua de Jamaica) either. It was the perfect refreshment to have alongside our meal and will be a staple order for sure.

The flavour is rich, they bring different toppings, even for people who loves mexican food but are not that good with spicy, like myself. The Flan was delicious as well and last but not least, the Jamaica drink was amazing. I ordered it through uber eats.
