I recently had multiple unsatisfactory experiences with this restaurant, which has led me to give them a low review. Despite my efforts to support the restaurant by placing my order directly rather than through online delivery platforms, my takeout orders have consistently been disappointing. On my first visit, I was told my order would be ready in 20-25 minutes, but I had to wait an additional 37 minutes for my food. The server was uninterested in providing quality service, and the crispy cauliflower dish I received was no longer crispy and lacked the promised sauce. I contacted the restaurant, and they kindly offered to provide a replacement dish on my next order.

A few weeks later, I decided to give the restaurant another chance and placed an order for two curries that were supposed to come with rice or naan, as stated on their online menu. However, when I received my order, I discovered that the rice and naan were missing. When I asked the same server about it, she rudely informed me that the rice and naan were only included in online promotions. I pointed out that the price I paid for the dishes on Uber or DoorDash pickup was the same as on the restaurant's website, and the server admitted that they choose not to inform customers of this and expect customers to let them know that they would like the side as mentioned on the online menu. Not only that but the in all honesty I did check with him what was the size of the portion of the rice that comes with the curry, the gentleman said “it is a small take out portion good for one or tow”. Thus did not feel a need to order more. The server who gave us our order has consistently providing poor service and has no Desiree to improve. This felt like a dishonest way of cheating and ripping off customers.

While the food quality was decent, the service and customer experience were poor. If you're looking for a pleasant dining experience, this restaurant may not be the best choice. However, if you choose to order takeout, make sure to double-check everything before leaving or order through an online delivery platform where you can track the delivery time and make complaints...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Indian Courtyard restaurant, and I must say, it was an absolute delight!

The authenticity of the food here is unparalleled. The Palak Paneer was a verdant delight, the paneer cubes melting effortlessly into the creamy spinach sauce. It was a pure symphony of flavors! The Biryani was a revelation, each grain of rice perfectly infused with aromatic spices and succulent morsels of tender meat. It was truly a dish fit for royalty and reminds you of Hyderabad biryani!

And let's not forget the Coconut Fish Curry! The perfect blend of coconut milk, spices, and fresh fish created a harmony of flavors that danced on my taste buds.

The attentive staff added to the overall experience, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional.

I'm already planning my next visit to savor these exquisite dishes again. If you're a connoisseur of authentic Indian cuisine, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit. Kudos to the chefs for bringing the flavors of India...
