Very disappointed by the service by the owners. Went there wirh my new born son after the reopening of covid19 and not impressed with the organization of the new health codes. Tables are not properly labeled for sitting. Sat at a booth with my son and owner came up to me and said no sitting there, I said ok np and pointed out maybe he should have signs for sitting and he replied to me me NO you sit there or there. I said that's fine but please don't talk to me im that tone cause he was getting mad. And he again said NO you sit here or there or you don't eat. Thats when I walked out after telling him he is rude and should not speak to his clients that way. I have been going to his establishment for over 3 years and during these times im supporting his business and should be more polite. Its embarrassing walking out of a place youbhabe supported for years cause the owners arw rude. Now looking at how the restarts operating im glad we were treated that way cause I have NOT seen one person wearing gloves, a face shield or a mask in the front of the restaurant or the back. The cleaning of the tables between costumers in little to none. This is place is a danger to its...
Read moreI've been here several times and last night was a big disappointment, everything went wrong. Family run and service is lacking professionalism. We like the sandwiches, pho soup is ok. I asked for my sandwich without carrots, and extra cilantro. Well the kitchen put the carrots in and took them out. Good thing I looked because there were lots of little bits of carrot still in there and I'm allergic to them. Twice we asked for cilantro, a bowl and water, it wasn't even busy yet. Noodles were over cooked, the pate on my sandwich was spread only from middle to one side. Our spring rolls never came and the young lady said we never ordered it. There are 2 of us sitting there and we both know we ordered it so don't argue with us and say we didn't order it. She also forgot the gentleman's coffee beside us too. I'm not sure we...

I was the 5th person to join a table of four and it was a huge problem. The men working there were very assertive and rude to me. He suggested I sit by myself (with my baby, the whole point of meeting my friends was so they could see him). We squeezed a chair into the same table and agreed to move when the people who reserved the table beside us arrived. They never arrived and I wasn't offered food, tea or anything.
When I went to speak to them about how I was treated they argued with me. When I said I just came to see my friends he said "Fine, don't come." I definitely do not recommend Saigon Ivy with such a openly hostile atmosphere. Why is that ok? It isn't. Do no give your money to these people. I was nice, too bad they went out of their...
