Very happy that there is a new independent coffee shop only a 5 minute drive away from me now. I really want this place to succeed.

My honest feedback:

Lovely, clean interior. Generous seating, especially given the size of the place. There are sockets too in case you wanted to bring a laptop.

I had the chocolate twist and it was delicious. Looking forward to trying the other pastries.

Regarding the cappuccino itself: it wasn’t bad, however it shouldn’t be served in as big a cup with that much milk. The cup was 12 or 16 ounces. A cappuccino should be in a cup that’s 5-6 ounces, with 1 shot or ounce of espresso, 1-1.5 ounces of steamed milk, and 1-1.5 ounces of foam. I find that in Canada & North America in general there is an idea that bigger is better, but that’s not the case, especially with a cappuccino. It isn’t pleasant to drink that much milk. I kindly ask that you review how you make your cappuccinos and stick to the traditional method please.

A final note: I asked for the cappuccino for here and was given it in a paper cup because they don’t have cups/saucers yet due to not having a commercialised dishwasher yet. My understanding is that they are looking to remedy this, which I look forward to, as it much more pleasant to drink from an actual cup and not paper. I know many others who share the same sentiment.

Overall, very happy to have this place in my neighbourhood and looking forward to...

Just recently discovered this little gem of an actual, bona fide Coffee Shop in the Millcroft area (beside the RBC and THINK chiropractor). Kevan and his wife, who own the shop have put their heart and soul into making their product the best it can possibly be. From the excellent coffee selection to the variety of fresh top-quality treats 'home baked on the premises' by Kevan's wife.

Hubby and I are both coffee fiends extraordinaire, having experienced life in the UAE; where Emiratis have a well established 'Coffee Culture'. Where life truly does evolve around the tables in many well known coffee shops.

If you truly appreciate great coffee...Bretonne Bakery deserve all the accolades and attention from coffee aficionados in the Burlington and surrounding areas they can get. The operation has been open now for fourteen months.

I encourage you to give them a try if you haven't already. There is plenty of free parking outside. And even little bistro tables and chairs to catch some rays while sipping your amazing coffee.

The decor inside is comfortable and entices you into this little gem of a place. We look forward to returning...

Nazila the owner is absolutely wonderful! I fell in love with this bakery! She makes everything fresh, quality is impeccable. Everything tastes out of this world. I had met her for the first time a month ago at the cafe and she greeted me and treated me like I was one of her close friends. She is super kind and so humble. I come here with family and friends, atleast once a week. I’m grateful for this place as it helps me to get away from my home office and gives me a conducive environment to work. They have vegan milk options for the beverages. Emily another staff member here is wonderful, always smiling, paying attention to detail with a smile on her face all the time. She even remembered my difficult name! I highly recommend this place to all. You will be hooked, it’s absolutely...

A great cafe and bakery with great quality sweet treats done right. Highly recommend to grab a freshly baked croissant or cinnamon bun. I literally drive by your shop on upper middle rd almost daily and never noticed this spot. A road sign COFFEE ⬆️ would be a great idea :) if even I missed it (I'm totally your customer always looking for morning butter croissants) there must be few other potential customers out there looking for a sign :)

Yummy new addition to Millcroft! This new French inspired bakery sells handcrafted coffee as well as delicious pastries! Not only is the food good, but the atmosphere transports you to France with French music playing in the background. The owner is super sweet and friendly as well as our barista, Zoe! We will definitely be returning when in the area again. I recommend the almond croissant!
