A&W Robbed Us

Me and a few friends decided to order Uber Eats from A&W. We ordered at 12:45am-1am ish. We heard nothing about our food until 1:50 am where they didn't have a driver. After 15 more minutes, we had a driver. It is now 2 am. We get the food, but only the drinks and some sides. No main burgers, no real food anywhere. The sides were soggy and cold, the poutine looked like failed slop (a sad thing to say seeing that poutine has three ingrediants), and when we called A&W and Uber, it only got worse. Uber gave us a partial refund as the mess up was on the end of A&W for failing to provide our full order. We ordered $60 in food and got maybe $4 worth of food after waiting over an hour. Uber said it wasn't their problem and A&W actually told me personally when I called to fix the issue that our order was sitting there waiting for us but "good luck getting it" as the uber didn't take it, it wasn’t their problem. We were out of luck from both companies, got next to no food, and go next to no help from either of these companies.

Overall, Both Uber Eats and the Walker’s Line A&W provided the greatest disappointment of an eating experience I believe I have ever had, simply because there was no experience! We are also still waiting on the refund we are...

I recently visited A&W in Burlington and was blown away by their delicious Beyond Meat Veggie Burger!

While this hamburger restaurant is known for its classic root beer, their Beyond Meat Veggie Burger is definitely worth trying. It was juicy, flavorful, and had a great texture - it truly tasted like a meat burger.

The combo meal with fries and a soft drink is a good value, even though it's not the cheapest option. The fries were crispy and flavorful, and the soft drink was refreshing.

In addition to the veggie burger, A&W also offers a range of classic burgers, chicken, and fries, all of which are cooked to perfection.

Of course, I couldn't leave A&W without trying their famous root beer, and it did not disappoint. It was rich, creamy, and had just the right amount of fizz.

Overall, I had a great experience at A&W in Burlington. The Beyond Meat Veggie Burger was a highlight, and the combo meal with fries and a soft drink was good value for the price.

Whoever was working at 11pm on September 5th - didn’t say anything on the speaker after I said hello several times then when I drove to the window I said “I think your speaker is broken” and she tells me “no, I just didn’t say anything” which was very strange, weird girl..

Then she continues to talk about me in Indian thinking I wouldn’t understand her because I’m a white guy!

So I tell her that I didn’t appreciate her talking about me and she says “what do you mean” and I tell her that I don’t appreciate being spoken about behind my back in another language and she just stared at me smiling….

PSA BUSINESS OWNERS These foreign workers are really turning me away from fast food, unfortunately it was very late and A&W is the only “antibiotic free,” burger joint open at 11pm after -McDonald’s is too unhealthy for me
