Absolutely Disgusting and Unhygienic Experience – Never Ordering from Gino’s Pizza Again! I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was so revolting that I feel obligated to warn others. I ordered a pizza from Gino’s Pizza through Uber Eats under the name Tom, expecting a decent meal after a long day. What I got instead was a stomach-turning, disgusting experience that completely ruined my appetite. The pizza arrived lukewarm, which was disappointing but manageable. But as I was eating, I suddenly felt something odd in my mouth. To my absolute horror, I pulled out a long strand of hair embedded inside the melted cheese. It wasn’t just sitting on top – it was cooked into the pizza itself. This wasn’t some small thread – it was clearly a piece of human hair that had gotten baked right into the food. I literally felt like I was going to throw up on the spot. I cannot express how disgusted and shocked I was. It’s one thing to have minor issues with a meal, but finding a hair cooked into your pizza shows a complete lack of hygiene, carelessness, and respect for customers. This isn’t just poor service – it’s absolutely unacceptable and a serious health concern. What’s worse is that there was no way to report the issue directly to the restaurant. I tried contacting Gino’s Pizza to let them know, but there was no proper response or apology. I had to go through Uber Eats for a refund, but even then, nothing can compensate for the nausea and discomfort I experienced. To whoever runs Gino’s Pizza: clean your kitchen, train your staff, and start following basic hygiene protocols. Customers shouldn’t have to worry about finding human hair in their food in 2025. This is beyond gross – it’s completely inexcusable. I’ll never order from this place again, and I’ll be telling everyone I know to avoid Gino’s Pizza like the plague. This experience made me lose all trust in this brand. If you care about basic cleanliness and your health, do yourself a favor and order from literally anywhere else. Disgusted and disappointed. Totally horrible

Gino's Pizza offers a delightful culinary experience with its perfectly baked crust and rich, flavorful toppings. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining atmosphere. The menu variety caters to diverse tastes, from classic pepperoni to innovative gourmet options. The ingredients are fresh, and the cheese is always perfectly melted. Overall, Gino's Pizza is a must-visit for any pizza enthusiast.

Ordered a 10 inch panzerotti with extra toppings, food quality was horrible. Way too much dough, very little toppings even though I paid extra. Also it was a bit greasy and salty. The place was dirty and service was ok. Was also given a very little amount of sauce, would not recommend getting panzerottis here!

We ordered two pizzas and had them delivered. We started to eat them and the dough was raw in the middle. We called their call centre to complain and to try to get new pizzas delivered. We were hung up on three times and then someone called back and told us there was no drivers for the rest of the night. It was not even 10:30 pm. We are. Ow driving the pizza to the store to get this resolved. Horrible customer service and I believe we were lied to regarding not having a driver on a Saturday night. Very poor customer service and we will not be buying from Ginos again. There are many other pizza places I’d rather give...

There used to be a young guy I used to buy pizza from here, he was amazing and fast I have been buying here since I was 8, I am now 15 and as of January 2019 there has been a change in staff and the last couple months I have been buying pizza elsewhere. I tried one more time today, the pizza smelled weird didn’t care, on the last 2 slices the dough was disguisting and it was like chewing on fingernails. Never again will I buy here again. Also the pizza was wet too. I have also seen the new staff not use gloves and repeatedly use the cash register and goes in the back...
