Took my dad for a birthday lunch and it was really good. Ordered the butter chicken Mac and cheese and it was amazing. Really good butter chicken flavour and the medium was perfect amount of spice and a really cool option for Indian fusion cuisine. We also got the roadside burger (beef cheeseburger) 🍔 with masala fries. Masala dressing was good too but the fries were the star extremely well made perfect crispness.
But of course it isn’t a visit without getting a milkshake or as they say Freakshake. Dad got the old school strawberry milkshake and i got the fudge brownie cheesecake super freakshake and both were AMAZING. The consistency of both milkshakes were perfect, they give u a nice thick straw and a spork and it was perfect. I loved my freakshake they even brought it out on a charcuterie board with a fudge and white chocolate rim around the cup and the cheesecake slice on top.
Worker was very nice and helpful but would have liked to have it served in a different order next time. I got my Mac and cheese and freak shake then waited for my dad’s milkshake and then his burger came. I think it would have been nice to have the drinks served first then have the food come afterwards. Can understand if it was super busy but being the only ones here it was a little...

Okay, let me tell you how this holy review came to be. The plan was simple: drive all the way from Hamilton to finally check out Chick-fil-A. You know, the hype, the buzz—whatever. But let me tell you, that place was so busy it looked like a Black Friday SALE lol
We parked somewhere in the Chick-fil-A universe and started walking. That’s when it happened the holy moment. We saw Holy Shake, and it was like a light shone down from the heavens. The angels whispered, “Forget the hype. Come here.” So, me and the girls decided to answer the holy call and check it out.
First bite into their chicken burger, and let me tell you: HOLY! This chicken burger was life-changing. It was juicy, flavorful, and honestly? Chick-fil-A? Who? Holy Shake had me rethinking my whole existence. My taste buds were singing hymns.
This place is an absolute gem. Sadly, it’s in Chick-fil-A’s shadow, but trust me, if you’re tired of waiting in Chick-fil-A’s endless line, head over to Holy Shake for an experience that’s nothing short of divine.
P.S. This isn’t a paid ad, but honestly, Holy Shake, I’ll take another chicken burger as payment maybe with a...
Read moreWe visited the Holy Shakes Burlington location this past weekend and really enjoyed the experience! The store itself is well-light and clean, and the staff were friendly and hospitable. We appreciate that this spot also shares a space with T.O Kathi Roll Eatery, serving flavourful Indian fusion dishes. A perfect 2-in-1 location for both a meal + dessert! There were so many delicious options for shakes (over 100+ is what we were told) and so it was a little challenging to choose a few to try. At their recommendation, we narrowed it down and ended up ordering the Peppermint Oreo, Hazelnut Explosion, and Lindt Mocha and all 3 were really good! We loved that they came in take-home custom glass jars (will totally be re-purposing these)! Depending on what you order, these may be on the sweeter or more decadent side but are undeniably the perfect dessert to treat yourself with. Will definitely be back to try the other shake...
