Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Burlington

Very poor customer service and frustrated staff not willing to pay attention to customer needs. Handed stale food when asked how long ago they prepared the food, staff was rude enough and dumped the food angrily to prepare fresh and infact didn’t cook the ordered food properly and it tasted raw and put too much salt. The customer service is insanely poor. The girl who took the order was not willing to work and her attitude was not customer centric and she behaved quite rudely when taking the order. Very less likely visit here again and will not recommend others to visit this location. Sorry for myself to visit them. This will be brought in light to the licensing authority in Ontario for misbehaving with customer and hence serving the food anyway unhealthy and uncooked. If I could give this Little Caesars an 11/10, I would—and I’d still ask for extra cheese. 🍕 Tonight the Blue Jays were down 3–1 to the Dodgers and our mood was lower than a ninth-inning slider. Enter the Burlington Little Caesars crew, who pulled a total pinch-hit for our evening.

We had a small hiccup with one order, but they handled it with surgical precision and Olympic-level speed—true dough diligence. Professional, efficient, and genuinely kind from first hello to doorstep delivery. Their delivery team was so clutch it felt like a walk-off; suddenly our “ugh” turned into “yum.”

Went in to this location 15 minutes before it was closing. Asked for a pizza and a young girl working, as well as being on her phone, said the pizza would take 10-15 minutes to make and so she would not have time to make it. If you don’t have time to make it before closing then why even be open at. I have worked 10+ years in customer service and the food industry where you serve customers to the last minute. It’s unfortunate sometimes but that is your job. I get you want to go party with your friends but that is not how life works. Hire new staff and serve your customers properly please.
