Laila’s Cheesecake Co. — Restaurant in Burlington

First of all the cheesecake is amazing. Like the toppings and flavors help to accent the cheesecake. But her base and crust is AMAZING on its own.

But honestly even if the cheesecake was just okay (its again amazing my bf and I fought over the last bites), Laila herself is a darling and that alone would have me coming back.

We only leave for absolute emergencies like medical. And we had one of those trips that day and so I wanted to pick up since it was near by. I gave myself like a a day and a half to plan and I did not realize how busy she was. I posted in a fb group about how to go about the order and found that I may possibly be out of luck because of how busy she gets and the phone lines in the morning. At night, she dmed me to make it work. Laila was off store hours, she has been doing amazing. Her cheesecakes would have sold with or without me. She did not have to care or go as far as message me. But she did and she made it work for me.

So if you are thinking of trying her cheesecakes. Do it because 1 they are amazing and 2 its supporting an amazing person ❤❤❤

Heard about Laila’s Cheesecake shop in Burlington, following my love of cheesecake, had to order a 6 inch cherry one, a good web site helped with my selection 😁

Picked up the cake from Laila’s nice little shop, good displays of her different cheesecake offerings, some personal ones in small mason jars, by the slice, 4 and 6 inch cakes…. My 6 inch was priced at $35

Took a peek at the cake, looked delicious, held off eating it until after dinner, which was tough!

Now it’s dessert time, cut a slice and the first thing I noticed was how thick the graham cracker base was, I would prefer a thinner crust and more of that creamy cheesecake goodness, make no mistake, this cheesecake was good, not too heavy, nice and creamy and the crust was good….. just the ratio of crust to cheesecake not ideal!

Lots of beautiful cherry topping to mix with that cheesecake and crust, a really great cake that made me happy!

Laila's Cheesecake Co. is an interesting concept that I recently tried out and I was pleasantly surprised. The shop is cute and inviting, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The cheesecakes are definitely the highlight of the menu. I tried a few different flavors and they were all tasty, but the fruity cheesecake stood out as my favorite. I found the caramel cheesecake to be a bit too sweet for my liking, but that's just a matter of personal preference.

The cheesecakes are priced reasonably and are definitely worth the cost. I also appreciated the fact that they use fresh ingredients and everything is made in-house.

Overall, I highly recommend Laila's Cheesecake Co. for anyone who loves a good slice of cheesecake. The selection of flavors is great, the staff are friendly, and the quality of the cheesecakes is excellent. If you're in the Burlington area and have a sweet tooth, this is definitely a spot worth...
