I have been going there a long time and have usually had a good meal but I have noticed as of late that the food is changing and the portions are smaller and you're not getting the same value for your money. I was in for dinner this evening and I ordered the asiago chicken and as for the name he would think it would have some chicken within the pasta. It was tiny little shards of chicken here and there and I've noticed that with their dishes lately that they are cutting up the chicken very tiny to the point of not really tasting it very much because it's so small. The vegetables in the dish are now tiny as well and when I bit into it it tasted a fish. I took two more bites and could still taste fish so I had to send it back. I ordered the chicken teriyaki instead which I have enjoyed in the past and this time when the dish came out, again, tiny little shards of chicken that could barely be found and usually a teriyaki stir fry would involve things like broccoli, pieces of carrot, maybe cauliflower, peppers, pea pods, etc. That is a typical stir fry but I'm thinking you're wanting to cut back your costs so what was in this dish on top of rice was tiny little shards of chicken hard to find and as for vegetables it was cooked onions and shredded carrot bits, and what looked like either some kind of cabbage or bits of lettuce sprinkled on top. I've never seen a stir fry without real vegetables. It was lacking in substance with basically almost no chicken and onions and shredded carrot on top of rice. The visit I had before this last time was fish and chips for lunch. I was presented the world's smallest piece of fish on top of exactly 13 individual french fries on a plate that is smaller than it used to be. I left your restaurant still very hungry and had to eat when I got home because the meal was so small. And unfortunately, one other time before that, I ordered chicken Parmesan for dinner over noodles and again it was a small chicken that appeared to have been sliced in half vertically and breaded and very plain breading with no seasoning whatsoever or any taste of Parmesan and on top of it it tasted and looked exactly like thick can crushed tomatoes with absolutely nothing in it it definitely was not sauce. So unfortunately the last three times I have been there this is what I have encountered with three different meals all very much not worth the money I spent at all I'm very disappointing that after years of good food, now the dishes are cut down in size dramatically and no quantity or quality involved. I think my time of visiting this restaurant is over because I think three times in a row tells me that it's not going to change. I came here for picking up order and they take too much time . Eveytime i have to wait for atleast 20 mins. When i ask someone about order they go inside to check and disappear. Never ever come to this restaurant . Very bad employees here . Today again it happened. The person at counter said me i dont care if your order gets cancelled or not . Trust me one day you will care when your restaurant will be empty without customers .

I have read that you said this is false accusation . But I have call logs of your restaurant calling me at 8 pm . Then you called me by private no . No one has right here to call personally on mobile and threaten someone just for posting one review .

Updated :- last night i posted this review . After reading the review the same person called me 2 times on my mobile no . Then i picked up the call . He started to yell at me . He theeatened me . He said they doesnot want me at restaurant . He is banning me and he is complaining about me . He said he will call police if i go in the restaurant . See just because of one review how bad they treat me now . I posted review to let them know that their behaviour was bad . But they still do it . I am feeling upset now because it is wrong to threaten someone calling personally on mobile number . I am never going there again. Just a suggestion to everyone if you post something about restaurant dont share your contact details with them . I dont know if i am the one whom they had done this bad behaviour or they do with everyone . But i am never going to purchase , eat or order there again . Thanks for that much bad behaviour . I typically don’t write reviews and instead just never go back to the establishment after having a bad experience, but this was one I can’t stay quiet on. The sever was fine, should maybe get to know their beer menu and was slow but she was nice enough. Because the menu is so big, it took my husband and I awhile to decide, so we got the spinach dip and the kids ordered chicken wings and chicken strips; I will start with the spinach dip, it was was so disgusting that I actually thought I could be sick, it tasted like it has been in the fridge for months, the chips were stale and the pita was mediocre. My daughter who only eats chicken, ordered the wings and I have never seen her really complain but she actually was having such a hard time swallowing it. They barely had sauce, soggy and the meat looked grey and my husband’s beer was foggy. I ended up ordering the wings (before I saw my daughter’s) and after seeing my daughters, I was actually worried and my husband ordered the chilli nachos - he asked the server if she has heard good things about the chilli and her response was “ I never had a complaint”! That’s not too reassuring! Thankfully, my husband’s and my dinner was taking a long time that we actually canceled our dinner and decided to leave. I think their menu is way too large and the kitchen staff is having a hard time keeping up with good tasting food.
