This place is usually open until 11pm. I go here for a coffee almost everynight. Went here tonight before 10:30 but the doors were already locked. I was still able to get in because a customer just left. The manager on duty seemed upset when I started ordering and he checked the door again to make sure it's locked. I ask the front counter staff why they have to close early today and she said it's because they are a bit busy. I would've understand if they're debit machine is not working or and equipment is broken but to close early because THEY think they are TOO busy? Come on! There were two others who want to go in with me that time but they ordered at the drive thru instead. I dunno how busy they were but how about people who goes there at that time, expecting that they can still get whatever they want to order. I also usually stand there for 4 to 5 mins before someone greet me and take my order (at night time) Not so impressed.
I will give this location 4 stars because the ladies that work there early in the morning are awesome and serves me my coffee with a smile...
Read moreI am an autistic person. My Friends and I are autistic this location. They do not care about people with disabilities. They have the music up for blast like a disco tech. This causes pain shut down and meltdowns going through a shutdown is not fun. Being autistic feels like you’re stuck and we start to go blind. We can’t see we can’t speak because of the overstimulation of the very very very loud music going on. I’d ask The people to turn it down there that work there they just ignored and laughed at me. It is horrible so I asked another person cleaning. They told me well. It’s full of young kids and they turn up the music. Just a very horrible experience. I guess you don’t want my neotype there. I am not a Neurotypical person. I am an autistic person. If you just bring down the volume to normal this would help if you’re Neurodiverse stay away from this location, just horrible. Read moreThought I would get my son a quick bite to eat before some morning shopping. Go into the restaurant so we can sit down, struggle to find a clean table and settled on the one that looks dirty. Place the order in the app with the table number only to have them calling out the number much later and not deliver the food. Went up to the front counter to get breakfast, returned to the table, and realized items were missing from the order. Go back up to the counter to get my missing items to be told by the staff what is wrong with the place and why I should understand the lack of table service and missing items.
