Mount Royal Pizza — Restaurant in Burlington

Phone ordered 1 baked panzo w/gr. olives & pineapple, 1 fried panzo with pep, mush & bacon. Was told 45-60min. Arrived around 50-55min after called order. Entered to see a VERY young boy managing till. I said I was here for pickup. After about 3-5min, my order was ready. I noticed that the ingredients were listed on top of box. I opened the box to make sure it was correct. Turns out, they flipped the order. They said they'd make new ones. It had already been an hour so I was vexed. Said it would be 10-15 more minutes. When order was finally ready, I was charged FULL price. I asked about a discount for the inconvenience. White haired gentleman says it wasn't their fault, it was the kids and he wasn't gonna dock the pay of a 13 year old kid. So he took ZERO responsibility. I said he wasn't gonna dock him cuz he's family. He said that the kid wasn't family. I said, "Then you're illegally employing a child. You're unbelievable" and walked out. The food was OK but I've had better at Pizzaville (Pizzaville panzos have fallen victim to "shrinkflation" so we wanted to try something new). I should've listened to the reviews on here about service. Food was good but the service is beyond disappointing. Reviews have never been more accurate. The quality of food must be the ONLY reason they're still in business. Based on this experience, I'll never order...

Walked in and ordered tonight. I was told 15 minutes so I walked around the plaza to kill time. I went back in to pick up just as the person who took my order was leaving. The person at the counter asked my name. I told her the person before didn't take my name but I told her my order and she said it wasn't ready. I ordered an additional poutine and she rung up both pizza and poutine. I informed her I already paid for the pizza. I could tell that my order hadn't been put in originally, but instead of telling me that I could see them quickly assembling it and throwing it into the oven. No one said anything to me but they kept fighting with each other and looking over at me. It was terribly awkward. Hey everyone! So tonight I tried the new beef brisket pizza, I read the toppings and thought this would be a hit for sure.

My first bite into the pizza was not bad but as I ate through 2 slices I honestly wasn't impressed.

Heavy on the arugula which I am OK with, very minimal beef, there was spots where I had a some meat and sauce which was tasty but not consistent throughout the pizza.

Taste was bland for the most part, if I had any suggestions I would use maybe the garlic base and put a bit more meat on with 2x the amount of horseradish sauce.

The crust and dough was mid par but I've also had many pizzas throughout the city where it was much more satisfying.

For $39 after delivery and tip for an XL I would have expected a bit...
