I have been coming since the restaurant opened up almost every week and sometimes even twice a week. We have absolutely loved the snacks: paneer pakora, samosas since then. We also love the paneer curries, especially palak paneer and paneer butter masala, chana bhatura and even idli vada.

BUT, and this is a big but and the management needs to take note. The quality has gone down in the past month or so (since Feb): I don't know if the management changed or the chefs but the quality of the food has gone down drastically, and suddenly.

We bought paneer pakora a couple of weeks ago and size of the pakora, the quality of the paneer has become really v poor. Earlier when I enjoyed your pakoras after a few days, they were still very tasty and soft but now they became so hard and chewy on reheating, the same day, I had to throw some pieces away.

We bought palak paneer last week (L size dish) and there were hardly enough pieces in the dish for 3 people. This hasn't happened before and this is very disappointing.

We dined in today, May 3rd and totally sub paar dishes were served. That's why this review.

bhatura batter was so thick that it felt like kachori batter was being used. Paneer butter masala had paneer that was so hard to chew on (what's going on with all the paneer dishes??) and it felt like cold pieces had been thrown in before serving.

Idli and vada are supposed to be soft and fluffy to chew on and should be served fresh; but the ones we got seemed like they hadn't been even cooked properly!

My sister bought besan barfi 2 weeks back and they were like bricks --- what exactly are you really selling in the name of food is my question?!

So after today, I am not coming back here unless there is serious reconsideration of the quality downfall here.

You want to increase prices like other restaurants - Please do but do not serve poor quality food to loyal customers. A lot of my family and friends had decided to visit this branch after my recommendation but I will be not be endorsing this...

I want to clarify that I never asked for anything for free—I was fully prepared to pay for something I had always received as a complimentary gesture. Please stop twisting the facts to cover up your mistake and spread false narrative.

Out of respect for our past relationship, I chose not to leave negative feedback initially. However, after seeing you attempt to distort what actually happened, I can no longer remain silent. Your failure to treat loyal customers with basic decency and your dismissive attitude have left a lasting negative impression.

I have been placing bulk orders at least twice a week since your location first opened, and every time, I was offered complimentary onions and chillies without question. This time, however, I was quoted an unreasonable $4.52 for the same, something that had always been offered out of courtesy.

The situation was further worsened by the rude and disrespectful behavior of the elderly gentleman with glasses, which only compounded my negative experience.

I strongly condemn the treatment I received as a loyal customer. The staff's dismissive and arrogant attitude made me feel as if I were begging for a handout, which was both humiliating and completely unnecessary. Even after offering to pay, I was met with complete disrespect.

Additionally, I have personally recommended this restaurant to many friends and family members, and they have visited because of my endorsement. We supported this establishment because it is an Indian business, and we wanted to uplift our community. Unfortunately, your actions have shown that loyalty and long-term support mean little to you.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rajdhani Restaurant, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance that set the tone for a delightful meal.

The food at Rajdhani is a true celebration of Indian cuisine. I opted for their thali, which offered a vibrant array of dishes that showcased the rich flavors and diversity of regional Indian cooking. Each item was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The dal was perfectly seasoned, the sabzis were fresh and aromatic, and the rotis were soft and fluffy. The highlight for me was the dessert – the gulab jamun was melt-in-your-mouth delicious!

What truly elevated my dining experience was the service provided by Shubh. He was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. Shubh made excellent recommendations and ensured that my dining experience was seamless. He was always nearby to refill my water and check in on how I was enjoying my meal, without being intrusive. His genuine enthusiasm for the food and commitment to customer satisfaction made a significant difference.
