I would give zero stars if i could. I ordered a large veggie pizza and after we'd eaten half of it, we saw a little piece of pepperoni on it and me and my wife being vegetarians were extremely annoyed. I went back to the store with rest of the pizza and showed it to the employees, i asked for a refund so one of the employees called another person. He was an old guy, not sure if he was the manager or owner. He seemed kinda frustrated. And the first thing be said when he saw the pizza was "Why are you coming after eating half of it?" No apologies, no acceptance, nothing. You can imagine how angry I was at that point. Well first of all that wasn't what i ordered and how was i freakin supposed to know that it contained that piece of pepperoni in the middle, i would have come with the whole pizza if i would've found it in my first slice. At this point when i told him all these things, he finally returned my money. The other employees were okay, but this person was the worst manager i have ever met. Mistakes happen, i get it, but you should know how to fix them. It seemed like i was being accused for scamming and lying so i could get that money back. I wasn't. They are not as generous on cheese even with extra cheese :( can't seem to get orders right and most of the time i order close to closing as in-order when I get into work... so no way to fix my pizza they say. 7/10 times my order is wrong. Tried the topcorn chicken... It was a joke. Like all of there chicken products. Extremely over priced. Cost me 32$ with 3$ tip for a three topping large, two dip and an extremly small and overpriced portion of topcorn chicken...than of course my pizza was wrong. Disappointed with this location. I think I will now try to order from Brant and pickup before work. Very frustrated with the store over the years. Maybe new owner???...
Read moreWe placed an order through UberEats last night and were notified right away that the restaurant was preparing our order - the delivery time would be from 40 to 60 minutes. As the delivery is made by Toppers instead of an Uber driver you don’t receive the usual updates through the app. The order changed to preparing for delivery. When we hadn’t received our food at the hour mark, I clicked on order not received yet and then provide update - Topper’s immediately cancelled our order at that point. We had already been charged, so we then had to open an investigation to receive a refund right away. Beyond disappointed - extremely poor...
