I have no idea what happened to Wendy’s! It used to be one of the better fast food, burger chains. But the two burgers we received at the drive-through, were some of the worst hamburgers I have ever had in my life. I ordered the Baconator Double and a Junior Bacon Hamburger. The patties on both burgers appeared as though they had been cooked at 8:AM and then spent the remainder of the morning sitting under a heat lamp until noon. The patties on both of the burgers appeared to be burnt and were incredibly dried out. We spent almost $24 and received some of the most poor quality hamburgers we have ever had. I really don’t like leaving bad reviews, especially because I know working here is a stressful job, but recently the service here is not good. It seems like they ignore what we ask for on our burgers. Our last visit here we asked for no mayo and they put mayo, this time we asked for no cheese because i’m allergic, and they put cheese. We showed them the burger and politely asked for a new one without cheese- like we ordered, and they give us one WITH CHEESE AGAIN! They didn’t apologize or seem to care about the mistake at all. Regularly don’t do this but,
Asked for a mixed ice coffee frosty or frostycinno. Got a mixed frosty. Waited inline to ask for a fix. Presented them with a quick solution that I would pay the extra for the coffee and they could just use the frosty I had purchased (and kept the change I offered).
The woman answered with “ you should pay again “.
No refund No coffee No solution No apology
Looked her in the face and said “ you keep the money and the product “ and I left.
