Big Orange — Restaurant in Burnaby

It is a place I have been going to for the past 6 or 7 years and I believe it is great although there are many tweaks. Like sometimes I would go there and there would be no straws in the straw holder which would make me ask one of the workers to refill it for the next costumers in line. As well they have messed up my order many times and sometimes "heard" something I hadn't said (order). As well many people order the same drinks and one time multiple people came in line behind me and ordered the same thing and I waited 20 minutes as they kept on taking the drink made for me. As well most of the time my cup would have a hole in it and the bubble tea would leak or the seal on the top would have a hole. And I like to flip my bubble tea upside down to move around the jellies and one time it there was a hole which spilled the bubble tea on my shoes. And when we sealed it again the same thing happened and it was unacceptable therefore I haven't gone in a year. Yes the bubble tea is delicious but the cups and materials...

Picked up an order using the Too Good To Go app, and ended up purchasing another drink (Original Milk Black Tea). Drinks were fine, no issues, although using the app you're likely to get a mixture of fresh drinks and drinks that have been sitting around for a period - but still good to drink. The TGTG order came with a variety of 4 small drinks. They're refreshing, but on the sweeter side. I like that they offer almond milk as a milk substitute and will likely be back because of that. I have often seen Big Orange bubble tea when walking through different shopping malls but for some reason have never really had any strong desire to try it. We'd been seeing it on the Too Good to Go app for quite a long time though and finally decided to give it a try. For $6.99 we were given 4 different flavors of drinks in 4 small cups.
