Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Burnaby

Sadly my pizza came out really really raw- the dough was not cooked all the way through, i also waited for 15 mins for my pizza to be cooked. - i orginally ordered 2 pizzas that were displayed in the front which was okay, then i wanted to order fresh hot pizza which i did but then i decided to take it home, i did not get a chance to eat it because i wanted to save it for the next day. So when that happened today i finally got the chance to taste it, Mind you i baked the pizza in the oven had a few bites then i was immediately discouraged by the unpleasant texture and taste to the gooey squishy taste of raw dough… i had a deeper look and was fully disgusted…. I wanted to give it another chance and popped it in the oven once again and still had no luck for the pizza dough to be cooked. The bottom of the pizza was slightly burnt and raw on the inside still. HORRIBLE. I called the shop to speak to a supervisor, he was only able to give me 50% off for my next purchase, which i wanted to get my full money back but policy is policy i guess, wish i tasted the pizza before i left. Been coming here for about a year now off and on. Twice this week I visited. The first time I ordered 2 slices and asked for a bottle of pop rather than a can due to being thirsty. The service counter person asked if I wanted the 2 slice and can pop combo and I declined. A couple min later my pizza was in the oven and a group of people peeked out from from the kitchen. A lady followed the attendant over and told him to give me a can of pop as well wich really confused me. She exclaimed they were under new management and thanked me for my buisness. I was still confused walking out but appreciative of what just happened. Visit 2 was last night. I ordered the snack box that came with wings and curly fries.Then a bottle of pop. Thes wings were absolutely amazing. Reminded me of pizza 73 wings back in Edmonton. They have won awards for their hot wings and this place should too. I visited pizza pizza today for the first time as I saw they had a Stromboli and wanted to try. I got the pepperoni and Mediterranean one, it took about 10 minutes for my order to be ready, When I opened up the box at first glance the Stromboli looked and smelled amazing. I started to eat it and slowly after a few bites realized it was totally raw inside, the dough was still stretchy. I went back inside with my food to let the worker know what my food was looking like, when I showed him he said “that’s normal it’s cheese!” I was like that’s odd because it doesn’t taste like cheese. I then continued back to my car with the food where now I got my daughter to also look at the pizza, she also concluded it was raw, she then tried going back inside and letting the worker know but he was adamant it was cheese and never offered to replace our food. We ended up wasting 20 dollars on it! such a disappointment. Please don’t go here and eat the food it’s not safe, and they don’t care to rectify the issue.
