CRUST N CRUNCH - Pizza & Donair — Restaurant in West End

I frequent this area about 4 times a week. Decided to finally stop in as I had some time to kill. I got a mixed wrap Lebanese style. The meat had great flavor and the sauces had their own distinct taste. Not watery sauce like other places. Since this is a new small business I will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. The lady at the front was lovely and she told me they come from Langley to run their business. I wish them well as the location is tough to find parking and there is little foot traffic. The veggies were fresh and the wrap held together. The atmosphere is clean and hygienic. This place is better than Zaaki right now for price and cleanliness. Was somewhat of a regular at the previous establishment at this location, in truth it did go down hill somewhat. After reading reviews of an new Donair restaurant opening after 5 months was excited to try it, so stopped in yesterday. The space is clean and bright and several upgrades. Ordered three platters for take-out, chicken, mixed and all Lebanese style. Brought them home and we were all impressed, great flavours, good portions and the tabouli(?) salad with pickled beets was nice addition, fresh and tangy! The only complaint, if I can call it that, was the rice, though flavourful, was a bit gluey, but, that could also be from the steam generated in the closed container on the way home. Owners are super friendly and care that you have a good experience in their restaurant....

My recent visit to this place left me satisfied and eager to share my experience! I opted for their Beef Shawarma Plate with salads, and I have to say, it was an absolute treat for my taste buds.

The Beef Shawarma Plate was a perfect blend of flavors, featuring tender beef cooked to perfection. The salads accompanying the dish were fresh.

However, the highlight of my meal had to be the baklava.

Beyond all this, the lady who was serving the food was warm and friendly.
