My fiancee and I decided to try this place out after some decent reviews from co-workers. We ordered by takeout/pick up, a 10 inch pizza and Cinnamon desert. My fiancee brought it home and she realized upon looking at the receipt that she may have been over charged. It cost us $31 and change. When I heard the price I was shocked. No way a small pizza and a desert should cost nearly $32. My finance phoned the restaurant as I inspected the menu. Sure enough, the staff member on the phone explained to us how they charge customers differently then dine-in customers. I explained to him, relative to our situation and anyone who buys one pizza for take out, is getting charged more then dine-in customers. It cost us $22.75 + tax for a small pizza and $5.25 + tax for a Cinnamon desert. Dine-in cost for our pizza is $ 16.95. He attempted to explain that it's cheaper for take out then dine in, but quickly stumbled over his words as the truth was hitting him in the face and corrected himself to say "in some situations yes and some no." We also didn't get our dip with our dessert. My fiancee and I will not be coming back here. As a business owner myself, I believe in constructive criticism, so I will leave with my thoughts. Charging a pick-up customer more for a product, as in our situation (we cant eat two pizzas,) turns away business. Any lossed customer is bad business. This can easily be remedied by having the same price for pick-up and dine-in. Either have the 2 for 1 deal for both dine-in and pick-up customers or charge a flat fee across the menu. You're showing the customer that he or she is paying more. Can't have that. Hide it. The staff is not double checking the product. If the kitchen forgets something the front of house should be double checking for it. Whether that be the expeditor, server floor manager or hostess. The food was pretty good, which I gave 3 stars. 2 stars lost for pricing...
Read moreI have ordered several times from this location for pickup and delivery. They were usually on time and the pizza quality was better comparing to Panago, Hut and other joints. But this last (last) time, they did screw up my order. Which it happens, but they did not offer any reimbursement and I have not received any phone call from the owner. I give you the detail about the screw up now. Basically, I waited for over an hour for my pizza and it did not arrive. I called the joint and the lady (owner's sister) said the delivery will get there "anytime now"...and it didn't call the joint another time and she picked up and I explained my frustration that I had to go to work and cannot wait and she said I have to wait at least another 20 minutes! Again things like this happen due to many reason, but usually I expect a sort of reimbursement that satisfy the customer and bring him back. I said I want to talk to the manager but he was not available. I left my phone for him to call me back (which by the way I am still waiting for that phone call). I called them back the next day and talk to the sister. Very nice lady, and very apologetic, but I mentioned to her normally pizza joint provide some soft of reimbursement not just the "apology" and she said she is not authorized! Imagine it was a big event in which you have to rely on a prompt service. And the whole event is going to be ruined because of this. So that Is why I decide to share my experience here with you. A good pizza needs to be delivered. And that what did not happen. Well that is my 2 cents and I hope they learn from this experience. I am not going to order from there anymore and would advise everyone at work not to especially for the parties and big events as you might get an apology...
Read moreVery good food, good low prices, and fast friendly service. Open until 1am. Highly recommended. Update, unfortunately don't order from them. We loved dining there but getting a delivery was a mistake, we ordered the $45 , family meal and they charged us $55.75 due to instant inflation, but ok , they are worth it right, WRONG, they forgot our garlic toast, and my pepperoni, and green pepper pizza, was just green pepper and cheese, and the ham and pinapple, there was hardly any pinapple, well, that's ok we were looking forward to our favourite lasagna without the garlic toast, and to our shock when I served it, it was spaghetti with very watered down tomato sauce, it was like hot water, pasta with some cheese, not at all what we were used to at the restaurant. So embarrassing, telling everyone you got to eat here, and it's all garbage. Well, they lost us as life customers and we will warn everyone we know not to bother with them just have pizza at pizza Hut they never cheat us on our order. The sad thing is that the guy who took my order read it all back to me , and it was what I ordered and all was promising until we received the order. What a rip off. We rated our first visit to our eighth visit a five star, even though they served my husband on a broken plate, and their excuse was that they were very busy and we let that slide because it all tasted great. But we can't let this order slide , and now they are a one star or zero star. The delivery order was November 25, ...
