We've been ordering from Wah Wi for several years, and have really enjoyed their food. In the past, an issue arose with our order, so the restaurant compensated us with a complimentary appetizer. We really appreciated that, and have continued to order from them over the past few years. Recently, however, our experience has changed. The restaurant has been short with us on the phone when we order, has hung up on us before we've had a chance to complete our order on the phone, and has recently run out of the items we've tried to order. In addition, we've asked for items that haven't been included with our order when we received it. We've been loyal to Wah Wi over the past few years, but will now start ordering from Panda Garden and Pho Captain as a result of these things. It's a big miss from a restaurant in a small town where there are other alternatives for Chinese food. I'd suggest they listen to feedback and improve these things if they want to retain...

All items present in my $300 order as well as great service from the employees. Also, the food is always served fresh and on time, the consistent five star service from here is really unbelievable! Furthermore, the open kitchen allows you to see exactly how your food is being prepared which is a very important aspect considering it is the only Chinese place in Bolton that has this. Moreover all employees are very well trained and extremely respectful, all of them have extensive knowledge on the menu as well as how the food is prepared, especially the short boy who works at the front. All in all, this makes for a five star experience, from the fresh food, to the amazing employees, there is little to no room for improvement for this establishment! 10/10...
Read moreI was at the same dinner as Gladys A. and Luigi Nalli, regarding the staple in a dish. There were several people at the dinner and we couldn't believe that we saw a staple in the dish. We understand that mistakes happen, but management did not apologize for this mishap- he went as far as saying, "if we had to reimburse every person that puts a staple in their meal", suggesting that we put the staple in our food for the credit. Our whole disappointment with this establishment was how we were treated, it was not about the money that he was crediting. But since you mention it, you offered a $10 credit, then $30, and then 50%.... but by that point, it wasn't about the money; it was about how you spoke to us and how you suggested that we put the staple in our food on purpose. You won't have any more reviews from us, but you also won't be seeing us order...
