Yesterday I wanted a double bacon cheeseburger (with lettuce, mayo and ketchup only) was going to make it combo with small fries and frosty. Was informed they had NO Bacon, lettuce or frostys available. The order was changed to a double cheeseburger with mayo and ketchup. The girl then asked do you want cheese on that....um when do you have to order seperate cheese with a cheeseburger....hmmm. Then what I got was a double cheeseburger with lettuce (which they said they didn't have) ketchup, pickles and onions. Here is the problem....I am allergic to onions. There were 2 patties....one was raw in the middle and the other was well done.Thanks Wendy's for trying to poison me and add an allergic reaction on top of that. I have frequented your franchise since it opened in Bolton and have never had an issue up until now. You obviously have poor staff and management in place if you run out of food like Bacon and can't get an order right after 3 attempts. Also my fries were fine but my 2 friends who had fries tasted them and they were so salty they couldn't eat them I am highly disappointed and won't be returning.....sad state of affairs running out of your primary ingredients yet during the entire pandemic you operated just fine. I also see Wendy's advertising a breakfast meal and again if you had no bacon I would hate to see the disappointed customers there as well. Goodbye Wendy's in Bolton. Read moreI do understand that drive through is meant to be fast pace but it does not mean that all customer service skills go out the door. As someone who also works in fast food the customer service here SUCKS. I go into the drive through this evening fully knowing what I was going to order. (I quite literally order a sandwich and chicken strips) Once I order my chicken sandwhich and tell her the drink i wanted and she is already ready for me to drive up. didn’t even give me a chance to say no tomato on my sandwhich and then to order chicken strips aswell. she just immediately goes “that’s all drive up.” so i have to say no and continue and so i say no tomato’s and she goes okay drive up again…. its not even like i was talking slow either😭 she just genuinely had no patience and obviously does not know how to properly take orders in drive through. love wendy’s, i just hate how customer service has been thrown in the...
