This is about jan 20, i visited the store around 7pm and asked for a beyond teen and wanted to use the coupon of a free teen burger that i was given from a different store but the cashier (who later told that she’s in charge manager called Tamanna) insisted that I couldn’t use. So The issue is, the store that gave me the coupon told me that i could use it even switch the patty as I’m vegetarian, it would work. I asked her politely to try to scan the coupon but first she refused then i insisted so she tried and MAGICALLY the coupon worked but i guess her ego was hurt so she said i know its working but still you can’t use..she talked with her agm over the phone and apparently he told her the same thing..so she said it’s expired but on the other side i was told by the other location manager that a&w coupons never expires so don’t worry about the expiry on it… Now a&w is a franchise and if one franchise is giving me a coupon to use it in any a&w then I don’t understand why this franchise was having this issue. So I’ll recommended the company to keep the staff updated with the rules and policies of a&w because I don’t think this is called a good...

Could only make it half way through my cold burger (and this is not due to the skip driver ) the cold onion rings over cooked an I threw all but 2 out ... The only decent thing was the apple turnover and the lemonade 🙄🙄🙄.
It's A&W for heaven's sake , should be uniform throughout all locations this is the first time I've had a bad meal at A&W ... And again my skip arrived quickly after pickup an burger barley warm .. I've ordered skip A&W from further away an burgers were still very warm /hot and onion rings also . It's a shame really cause I see many other similar complaints by customers of this place . Which shows management does not care to fix the issues . Hopefully for the brand

Read moreOrdered through the drive thru today and the service was horrible. The person working the drive thru paid no attention to when they were holding the card machine. I was trying to pay and she kept pulling it away from me, her head turned to focus on something else. Afterwards, when she handed me my drink, she again, paid no attention. Her head was turned away and she could've very much spilled the drink on me. She also did not greet me or say thank you. I'm not saying that she should have to greet me. But, it is very much something every other fast food worker would do. It is common sense to greet the customer and then, thank them. The food was good, but the service from this particular worker...
