A gem of a Turkish restaurant located in the Calgary's Farmer's Market West food court! They serve nice and tasty Turkish dishes such as kebabs; chicken, lamb, etc. on rice. There are a good selection of meats and salads to choose from when ordering and my plate was delicious! Great portions and soft kebabs, flavourful rice and refreshing salad. The two running the shop were a nice couple who were very friendly. Cooking times and preparation took a little longer than expected but not too bad. Super delicious food. I have tried their chicken kabob, stuffed chicken and lamb shank. All of em amazingly flavourful. Food is also fresh and very consistent in flavour. I had their stuffed chicken 4-5 times and every-time it is same delicious flavour. that is my go to meal there. Lamb shank is also very delicious. chicken kabob is also very good, bit dry to my taste but has great flavours. And the salad they serve with these dishes is super delicious. their food is one of the reason I go to this farmer’s market:).

My daughter & I have been coming to this market for over a year & whenever we come we always eat here. The owner of the stand is kind, warm & always makes an effort to out a smile on my daughters face. The food tastes like the definition of “soul-food” & makes you feel warm & nourished from the inside out. I always get the lamb shank & my daughter who is insanely picky cannot live without her pide but they have many amazing options.
