Arby's — Restaurant in Calgary

I love the food here but continue to be frustrated by the drive-thru. ESPECIALLY now that the dining room is closed for whatever dumb reason. (every other fast food restaurant in the areas dinning rooms are open with limited seating) .... Today's latest escapade we ordered a 3 cheese and bacon combo and 2 cookies. What we were CHARGED for was one sandwich 3 curly fries and 2 cookies and a pop....? We received this order and gave it back and then got what we asked for except no pop, the cookies were totally stale and hard as a rock. when I pointed out the error....TWICE and was given 2 bucks back (should have been 4or 5) and drove away without my pop. SO FRUSTRATING. This is easily the 4rth or 5th consecutive order they have got wrong in the drive thru. I don't care who is working there but PLEASE just put someone in the drive-thru that can hear the speaker and get the orders correct for a change...! I love Arby's but this location is really stretching...

I love arbys but this location sucks, its dirty and uninviting. I ordered a classic meal, 2 for 7 classic sandwiches and tryed the poutine for the first time, the poutine was alright but it would probably have been better at a different location, there wasnt nearly enough gravy and the cheese was in one solid chunk, they messed up my order and gave me a beef n cheddar and when i took it back the cashier and cook made up excuses as to how they get confused when its busy, there was one other person in there other than myself and no ones order was difficult. It was all in all an unimpressive visit, they were short with you, didnt pay attention, cut you off and frankly it seemed like they just wanted no one to come in. Oh, and i ended up with less meat than a junior, really made me miss the decent portions...

This is a very clean and organized Arby's. I love that they have horseradish, Ketchup and Arby's Sauce dispensers here so that I can decide how much I need. No silly packets like you get at other locations.

There are a couple of seating areas here with televisions to keep you entertained while eating here.

The front counter clerk is not bad. It would be better if she smiled and engaged with the customers a bit more.

They have a drive thru here but I have not used it. I have only dined in.

The food is pretty food here and doesn't take long to get. The Arby's Jalepeño Cheese sandwiches are discounted right now and taste good.

I also appreciate the fountain pop machine with a large selection of drinks that I can fill on my own..

This beats...
