We arrived around 3pm on Sunday at a time where you wouldn't it expect it to be busy whatsoever (and it wasn't) with 3 adults and 2 children. We and another family waited at the front door for about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us at the door. We were eventually sat at a 4-top in the corner, and there was no efforts to set up additional seating for our 5th family member, so we moved a dirty table over so we had enough room everyone. There was no effort to clean the dirty table after we made room for ourselves. After looking around the dining area, every other tables was empty and dirty. Full of dirty dishes and food- spaghetti, napkins, and garbage on the floor. We were there for 45 minutes and no efforts were made to clean any of these tables.
We made it clear we were only there for some desserts and drinks and weren't staying long as we had a movie to get to, however, service was exceptionally slow, the desserts were frozen, and our drinks were left empty. I asked for oranges twice for my beer and she finally came back and said they had none, another adult asked for limes and was not given a lime, but the ceasar we had came with one? We were also only provided 2 spoons with the dessert and no side plates, even though there were 5 of us and we had already indicated we would be sharing. I had to ask for our bill 3 times before it was finally brought by.
The servers were slow and did not seem they could be bothered to tidy up the restaurant and lingered at their service stations chatting and not attending to the tables. I have served for several years and was shocked at the state of the place and poor service. I would not recommend this...
Read moreHad the most unbelievable experience at this restaurant today. Sat out on the patio on such a beautiful day. Had the unfortunate luck of having Cory be our waiter. This guy is absolutely one of the worst service providers I have ever seen. When the food was ready Cory brought out my dad and mom’s food and went back inside. Sat there for at least 5 minutes with no cutlery. I get up go inside to see Cory there at the till putting in someone’s order. Asked him for cutlery and take it out to dad and mom. Sat there for 10 minutes before I go back inside to find Cory running someone credit card. Went to a lady behind the bar asked for them to cancel the Thai wrap that I had ordered and just give me the bill. Go back outside ask mom and dad to Finish up so we can get out of here and I can pick some food up on the way home. I then go back inside to pay the bill and had one of the most unprofessional interactions with Cory. Wasn’t remorseful what so ever until he found out I didn’t get my meal. Then he was super apologetic. Still charged me for my parents food and the no alcoholic drink I ordered. You think with an establishment like Boston Pizza he would have had the authority to actually make this right and comp all the food or at least my $4.99 drink.
