When I went into OPA, I was starving after work and noticed that the staff weren’t wearing gloves, which caught me off guard since I’ve never seen that before. I asked the girl why, and she said it wasn’t mandatory. I felt a bit uneasy, but I was really hungry, so I decided to stay and eat since it was the only place nearby. However, halfway through my wrap, I found a hair in it. I told the girl, and she responded with, “What do you want me to do for you?” She offered to make me a new sandwich, but at that point, I was already grossed out. I asked for a refund instead. My friend, who was with me, had only taken three bites of her platter before she also threw it out because she was grossed out too. Honestly, I had a bad feeling about the place from the start. Never have I had a bad experience at opa, until trying seton for the first time today!
I emailed earlier but haven’t heard back. I really don’t want to come across as overly critical, but I’m concerned that this place may not be following health guidelines—specifically, staff not wearing gloves while preparing food. I think it's important for everyone's safety, and I just wanted to bring it to...
Read moreWords cannot even being to describe the experience I had at Stonebridge. When I was looking for venues I always wondered "what type of people are writing these reviews". Being a very type A, extremely organized and slightly particular person, its hard to know if the 5 stars given would still meet my expectations. If you are like me, let me tell you 5 stars does not even do Christy and the team at Stonebridge any justice! This wedding absolutely blew my wildest expectations out of the water. Everything down to the open houses, the tasting, the rehearsal and finally the big day were absolutely perfect. My wedding was like no other... I know because every single person who attended said it was the best wedding they have been to! Food was hot (at every table), people loved the music, the photographer's photo's literally made me cry, the cake was something from a magazine, the florals were fresh and done perfectly, Christy kept things going so I had nothing to worry about, and the ambiance- the ambiance was literally a fairytale! THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart, for putting on the wedding of a lifetime for us
Read moreI'm new to this location, but, The gyro wrap, a salad with a drink is the order I always get. No matter the city I'm in. The meat is hot and well seasoned. Sauce is tasty, maybe a bit more could be on it. The pita (Reminds me of Nann, yummy!) wrap itself was fluffy and soft. All of this was good. But I've had issues with the vegetables multiple times. The first couple times it was just the tomatoes tasting like they were on the edge of being thrown out or they only used half because the other half had gone bad and thrown out. I dismissed it and tried a 3rd time as I enjoy OPA! And the food is always delicious. 3rd visit and again not only the tomatoes but cucumbers were mushy and spoiled, the feta wasn't tasting like feta and even the olives looked like they had been left out for a while and then thrown into the salad. From the looks of it, there is disgruntled staff that aren't putting attention to the freshness. But everything else is on point or better. I hope this vegi concern improves as it's close to my work and I'm already missing going here these last few weeks that I've been avoiding it for...
