Conclusion: Popeyes reached out about this issue the company not this locatoon* everything has been solved.
Okay so I ordered chicken last night 8 pieces and I paid extra for white meat.you charge me for better meat and usually more of it and you give me less than I would of ever imagined
When I got my chicken, the people inside this establishment gave me 6 out of 8 backs of the chicken with MINIMAL TO NO MEAT enough to maybe fill a toddler. Again I paid extra for this…. I expect breasts.
If you are going to up charge people for white meat you better give them MEAT not deep fried breaded bones.
What a joke. I wish I got a refund, I wouldn’t have paid 20 dollars for this. The people working last nights shift October 19 2024 should be FIRED ON THE SPOT.
My wife had some lovely breading in the photo posted below but as far as chicken, I think you would find more in a FISH!!!

The guy comes with our food and there’s a poorly written note on the receipt letting me know they don’t sell fish anymore… they also apparently don’t have garlic mayo. They didn’t have 98% of the items I had ordered. why wasn’t my order just cancelled?? They tried to compensate for the lack of fish, by providing us with.. wait for it.. two whopping pieces of chicken strips.. which also came spicy, and I didn’t realize until I had already ate one (I was starving) and I’m allergic to spicy foods. So now I get to spend tonight throwing up because this restaurant did not communicate with me at all, or even remotely try to make up for not having any of the items I had ordered. How do two chicken strips make up for a $15 platter?? Why was I not given two chicken platters instead?? Read moreThis was the worst experience. We ordered our food (2 sandwiches and 2 poutines) on the app before we even got to the restaurant. Then we get there, and wait for our name to be called out. After 30 MINUTES, we went up to the counter and asked about our order. They didn’t even have it ready and said “2 minutes”, and took another 10 to get our order out. This just sucked because it was also Ramadan and we were waiting for the food for so long.
Also, about 2 weeks ago, we went to the restaurant. Ordered our food, sat down and waiting for about 15 minutes, which is fine but not the best. After getting our food, we were missing a sandwich which was annoying and went back to the till to order one, since it was the girl at the register who didn’t add it initially. We had to wait another 15-20 minutes. It’s honestly ridiculous how long the wait times are.
Additionally, neither one of these times has any associates said sorry or at least pretended to be sorry. They acted like they did not care and honestly, they just took their sweet time...
