This is the second time we went here and both were very unpleasant and horrible. Three months ago was the first time we went here and the one who assisted us was the manager on duty. Me and my friend we're ordering together, speaking in English when suddenly the manager spoke to me in Filipino asking if the guy I was with was my husband. I pretended that I didn't hear it because it was odd to ask a customer that question in the middle of taking our orders but after a minute, I was asked again the question. Maybe she's just trying make a small talk but this is definitely unprofessional especially if the customer is not engaging in such talk nor it is appropriate to ask a personal question even if the customer is also a Filipino.
The second time we went was today. It was very busy. Longer than usual lines at the drive thru so we decided to get in and do take out. There were 5 people already waiting for Skip the dishes and there's 5 of us waiting in the line for to-go.
While I understand that we have to wait longer than usual, waiting for two burger meals for a total of 30 minutes is unacceptable! No one was manning the cashier for 10 mins! Everyone was inside preparing orders for Skip and drive thru customers including the manager on duty! We were ignored to the point that one of the guys in the line decided to leave because there's no one assisting us. Our orders took 20 mins and when we checked the bag, there's not even a single ketchup provided? We ordered two burger meals which means we also have fries! Where is common sense in here?!
I understand that this time of the year is the busiest but that's not the point. Your managers are aware that during peak hours, the store should have enough manpower to address the strong public demand, so why not add more people at least during the peak hours so as not to make your customers suffer. Can you imagine waiting for 30 mins and you couldn't sit down because the dining area is restricted? Can you imagine how hard it is to do social distancing when there's already a big crowd beingbuilt- up because of the crazy long wait? This was way more than annoying and frustrating!
Pls dedicate a person whos going to take orders for Skip and another one at the cashier so people lined up for to go won't feel less valued. Also, schedule additional manpower at peak hours to ease up the line and third, do not forget the basics in customer service and packing up orders!

The staff were excellent and the place was well kept.
The food... I will never eat at any burger king ever again for the rest of my life.
I ordered a double mushroom Swiss melt, mozza sticks, and a fountain drink.
My SO ordered a wopper with poutine and a fountain drink.
At the time my SO said it hit the spot, except I'm typing now hours later while they're vomiting up their guts in the bathroom. It's guaranteed because of the food from burger king.
For my food?
The mozza sticks were actually really good, but I wish I got 6x instead of 4x. But they were legit actually tasty and well made.
The double "mushroom Swiss" melt was a waste of money. I'm not feeling my tummy being upset, but the cheese didn't make me think it was Swiss at all, the mushrooms barely tasted of mushrooms, and the double patties were boring and had zero flavour. If I had to eat this to survive, I would. But given the choice, again, I'll never ever for the rest of my life eat Burger King ever again.
Just like taco bell, the executives running this company should be fired. They're driving this company into the ground, and it's extremely obvious why there's barely any of these places still left in this town.

When I first received my order and took it back to my table, I noticed the following issues: NO Cheese, NO Bacon, the bun was not the normal Artisan bun that is used for this sandwich. I politely asked the counter to correct the issue. I was then given a box filled with bacon & cheese slices. I guess I was expected to make the sandwich myself? I then asked for them to make me a new sandwich properly. They were hesitant. They made one but still had the wrong bun on it. I had to tell them again it is supposed to be a bun with slits on the top (artisan). I was then showed a bun that was obviously taken out of either the freezer or fridge because it was flat. I was asked if this was the correct bun. I said yes. When I received my correct order about 10 minutes had passed. I politely asked for some kind of compensation for my inconvenience in my order delay. Was told no coupons were available. After persisting I was given a free Oreo cheesecake.
