Quiznos — Restaurant in Calgary

ordered thru skip as my treat on payday to get quiznos for the first time in years. sandwich arrived dry like 3 day old bread and barely toasted. it was uneatable. called the store and was told they cannot do anything until the manager arrives at 12. i arrived at 1145 asking for a refund and was told she cannot and has to wait for a manager to arrive at 12. manager arrives 1220pm. she then tells me i have to deal with skip to get my refund. didn't offer to remake the sandwich. took zero accountability for their poor quality and told me i have to deal with skip directly. i'm so happy i went out of my way and waited for 30 minutes to be told they cant do anything. why didnt the first employee say this instead of have me sit around for 30+ minutes. will never return here and i will tell everyone i...

Quite possibly the worst run store I've ever been in. I had a heck of a time finding the store due to the GPS missing by a couple blocks...not the fault of the store. When i found out where the store truly was, i still had trouble because the outside store light wasn't on. I asked the older lady inside if the light was not working and she told me that they were not going to fix it, due it costing too much. I told her it was hard to find the store, and she told me that if I had the money, I could pay for it.

I then asked her to make me four sandwiches, and it took her 1/2 hour to make due to the phone ringing off the hook and constantly having to answer it.

They are very nice at this location and I have been here a couple times but I think this would be my last time , we sadly found two hairs in my sub not on top of my sub but fully inside I was really disgusted and felt sick after eating it , my partner went in and had to push to get a full refund he told me the lady working here was not wearing a hair net just a baseball hat. I really think that if you are working with food you should have to wear a hair net regardless of gender or length of hair. The man on the phone was nicer than the lady who seemed to be unapologetic, the food has always been good but I feel its important to bring up my concern to the mangers at...
