I would give this place 0 stars if I had the option to. We decided to order a work lunch and dessert from this location, since the order was going to be for 19 people, I called the location to ask if we could inform them in advance of our order, so they could start preparing. I spoke to a lady on the phone, and she mentioned that any orders placed will have to be done in person; my manager and I drove to the location and placed our order of 18 blizzards and 19 baskets of chicken fingers and fries. We understood and made it evident that we were not in a rush, (but would like our order prepared at a decent time) and saw that the front line staff were more than willing to take our order; our blizzards were made quickly and efficiently. However, as soon as we told them we needed the 19 baskets, another lady stormed in and mentioned "this will take at least an hour." An hour for 19 baskets of chicken fingers and fries didn't add up to us, but we gave them the option of us coming back and picking up the food. As we were leaving, we could see that some of our baskets were being prepared, and we asked the cashier if it was possible that we took at least 5 or 6 baskets with us then, and then come back for the rest after an hour. The same lady who had stormed in earlier mentioned that "they will all be made at once," loud enough for us to hear at the front of the store. My manager and I went back after an hour to pick up the remaining order, realizing that we had been charged for 25 blizzards instead of 18; although we had paid on credit card, the cashier mentioned that she "cannot process a refund on a credit card and will have to give cash." We didn't argue, but were highly frustrated at this point; we just wanted our food (which we had waited 1 hour for). As we were leaving, a younger guy came up to us and said "for future, we need you to give us 1 week notice so we can ensure there is enough chicken." I then mentioned to him that we had tried to call in advance, and a member from the store was the one who had said that we need to place all orders in person. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED, there was absolutely no thank you for the business and large order that we gave the store, and the staff seemed absolutely flustered with the lack of organization and lack of customer service. Read moreOrdered three milkshakes, two chocolate and one banana. Pretty simple order you would think, in fact wish I had of picked up the ice cream and made them myself with how my experience and the milkshakes were.
Lets start with the young lady bagging food for Skip The Dishes Orders; constantly darting looks back towards my direction... and not just looks; utter scowls of disgust. Perhaps if she is not happy with being in her current employment situation she should look elsewhere for employment. The Customer Service Industry is most obviously not for her.
Next is the young lady with the blood shot eyes that served me; I didn't think that "Two large chocolate milkshakes and one banana milk shake" required a oral thesis but I guess I am wrong. Perhaps this young lady should put down the devils lettus and concentrate on the customers.
Lets talk about the wait time; waiting at the counter for more than 5 minutes with darting glares of disgust without any other form of acknowledgment to my existence is up surd to say at the least.
Now, for the crem de la crem... the quality!
Now, if this was my first milkshake I might have thought it to be passable, but for the shear fact that the time it took to make them(close to 12minutes) and the fact that half of the ice cream(which is soft serv) was still semi-solid on the bottom. The chunks of banana were so large it had to be eaten with a spoon, which we had to stop somewhere else to get(and might I say the service at the next location that we were forced to visit was delightful and expedient especially giving that we didn't purchase anything from there, just obtained 2 spoons).
Now, I don't understand why I am even bothering to write the review. Looking back at past reviews over the last year seems that the client base of this location is taking a sever hit due to poor service, poor preparation, or a myriad of other issues. Obviously the management doesn't worry about its customers, nor their complaints as these rude employees are not dealt with thusly.
As a business owner myself I would recommend that management takes care of these situations, perhaps with coaching or making an "example" of one of the employees and letting them continue their career...

Today order 2 separate orders same in each 2 separate bags on one bill Chicken burger large fries large onion rings gravy . no salt on fries . and 1 box ONLY of Dilly bars , SIMPLE not to these kids , 4 times explaining it to them and they said drive up to window, cause she could not fiqure it out , so 3 more times .finally another girl comes . I am saying it loud enough (not yelling ) ,cause maybe they can't hear . They say you want it all in 1 bag aghhhhhhhhhh What is the second order aghhhhhhhhhhhhh YOu don't want sauce...aghhhhhhhhh I REALLY THINK YOU BETTER "TRAIN THESE KIDS ''' Girl gave me a box of dilly bars ,and said wait 15 minutes in the parking lot we will bring you your order . So we waited , girl comes with order I checked it , the gives me another box of dilly bars hahah Anyhow $56.later No receipt , So don't know if I got free box of dilly bars or paid for 2 when I asked for 1 , But ya I kept them cause if they are that dumb then thats on them ,
ALL I CAN SAY IT IS STUPID AT ALL FAST FOOD PLACES IF THAT GIVES YOU ANY COMFORT BUT YOU ALL SHOULD TRAIN THESE KIDS FOR A COUPLE...
