Every time i walk into this store the people working there are just absolutely MISERABLE. Not once do they welcome you or crack a smile. I went there the first time and this happened and the girl working there was very rude and extremely unprofessional. I said I’d give it another shot couple months later. I walk in same atmosphere… miserable people. I ordered … 4 mins later 5 guys walk in and order… 10 minutes later 2 of the five guys who ordered the same thing got their food before us and we ordered before them. I then asked for a refund to which the girl was very rude and said I have to talk to a manager first to which she said “I have to wait because there is no manager” with a smile (first time she smiled) . She called and I spoke to the manager which was saved in her phone as “birthgiver” and he was extremely unprofessional saying just because others are getting their food before you doesn’t mean you get a refund.. mind you I ordered the exact same thing they did 4 minutes before them.. no refund over a 14 dollar meal. Got this from Door Dash, definitely want to order again! The chicken tenders were a little greasy, and the potatoes in the potato salad weren't soft enough for my dining companion's liking. However, those were minor points. I enjoyed the flavor and spice level of the chicken, and the comeback sauce was great. Also, I have never been a fan of crinkle cut fries but I really enjoyed these. They were cooked in a way that the texture was not too soft feeling, which is usually my problem with this type of fries. They weren't overcooked by any means just a little crispiness to them that I've never seen with crinkle cut before. The star of my really good meal was the macaroni salad. I’ve had flirty bird and this place was similar so I decided to give it a try. Seemed like a run of the mill place with not much to it with a modern black interior and colourful menu. Service was great the lady who took our order was smiling and making jokes about the hottest spice level, I was inclined to try it but the second she mentioned a favour I realized I value my life a little more than a one time experience. For the food I got the animal style chicken strips that had a coleslaw and honey drizzle all over the chicken strips which added a level of sweetness to the spicy.
