I went for dinner with family on 12/30/18, just had an unforgettable experience at this restaurant, my friend order a vegetarian plate and ask no green onion and any meat inside, when the dish finally came, it has green onion which my friend specifically ask not to put, the server did not apologize and just took the plate back in the kitchen, we waited for the plate for more than half an hour while everyone else plate is almost finished, the plate finally came so I ask the server why it took so long, his reply was and I quote" how am I suppose to know, I am not the one who cooked it" , and he just left while another senior server saw his bad attitude came and explain why it was delayed, so the server with the bad attitude came back while the senior server was explaining and stare at me and I quote" come on let's go", even after getting the billed he stood there and keep staring at me like he was going to eat me alive. I have to be honest in my entire life i have never seen or be serve with this bad attitude and also threatened by the server, I never even understand is this company running a gangster restaurant, we come here to have a good time and enjoy the food, but instead were threatened by this bad attitude, I recommend that server be fire right away because he knows nothing about service industry, he is more like a thug or a gang member, I will publicly report this incident to local news station, radio station and on internet because costumer should not be treated like this and also not let another customer be the victim of this...
Read moreThis review is mainly to complain about the manager who provided poor service and attitude, has a problem managing the restaurant. We waited for our food to come for 20min (we were the only table in the restaurant) and very politely ask for a follow up, however, she responded to me immediately with an attitude saying that they need time to prepare, then walked away. I was very upset as if I'm wrong to even ask. My hot pot finally came (yes, just a hot pot with all raw ingredients), but our noodle soup was not here yet. 10min later we asked again, I said it's been 30min now and see if she can follow up. She again said with an attitude that you have to wait because we got 10 takeout orders before you. Things started making sense from this moment, about why my orders are so delayed, but she wouldn't know how to explain kindly to her customer only to give an attitude as if her customer caused the problem?
I wouldn't complain if her attitude is done right and kindly update or inform me that I had to wait when I ordered. Plus I didn't cause the whole delay issue in your kitchen but she treated me like I did. if you run into a problem in your kitchen, then you need to find the solution as the manager, not vent it out on your customers. Read moreTerrible customer service. The ambiance and the food are excellent tho but their service sucks. Staffs don’t interact with customers. Once they served the food they don’t even bother to check on you and see if you got the everything you ordered. I ordered for stir fried noodles with bean sprouts and the waiter confirmed the order with me so I thought he got my order right. My mom and sister have already finished their meal and I still didn’t get my order. I checked the bill (the one that they stick on your table) and to my surprise they didn’t get my order. My mom waved to the staffs several times to inform about my order but they act like they don’t see you. So I went to the front to pay the bill. The waiter quickly came and handed me the bill. I told him that he missed my order and he seemed apologetic. My mom and sister’s meal comes with hot drink and soup (lunch special) which they didn’t get after they finished their meal.
