I used to go to here weekly as a regular before this whole quarantine and everything was always great back then. But on my last few visits I feel like it hasn't been the best, especially my most recent experience. I came in to order in store and it took over half an hour to get my drink, which was fine because they were probably busy with online orders. The time after that I tried calling to preorder and no one answered so I just went to the store and ordered but while waiting, I heard their phone kept ringing and no one seemed to ever answer it for some reason. The next time I went I preordered for pickup and I arrived at the store and it was very busy, there was a long line up to order. I went to the pickup window to tell them I had called and preordered and after quite a while of waiting infront of it, someone finally attended to me and checked my order which was in a bag and ready to go, I just had to pay for it. And they asked me to line up in the regular line to pay for my order. What is the point of calling to preorder then if I have to wait in the line anyways? Not to mention because they were very busy there were a lot of people in the store, like probably 15 people including customers and drivers standing around waiting. I know that services like Doordash and Skipthedishes take a cut of their sales so I really wanted to support small business by calling directly and ordering rather than ordering through doordash for pickup but if I'm going to have to wait in line in a very busy store for something that is already ready for me, I would rather not put myself at risk. They really need to be more organized, especially during these times. I feel there should be a seperate line preorders can just go to, to pay and pickup right away. Read moreI am compelled to write a review at least for this location for the poor quality of pearls (which seems to slowly shrink in size) I’ve received for the past months, whether it was Milk Tea, Fruit Teas, Fruit Drinks, Smoothies. I was willing to forgive them for a few errors they made with my sugar and ice levels in the past but the tiny pearls is a worse problem that needs to be addressed.
I am disappointed to say as a loyal customer who has been a regular since their opening (they performed well actually until the past few months) that this has ruined my experience hugely and I no longer can have a smile on my face when I have boba.

I got a bottle for the holidays and it was $3.50 on top of the drink! Mine with my sister's drink together was more than $18!!! (expensive in my opinion!) I have to say, they tasted good, but with the bottle was overpriced. I still love the bottle very much and will use it many more times, too cute, but expensive. This is just for the gingerbread and i think the normal sizes are VERY FAIR price for great quality stuff. Please note that I love the normal size and it's very worth it.
