Country Pizza & Broaster Chicken — Restaurant in Calgary

They cheat on order and lie with absolutely awful customer service! I ordered pizza and unfortunately I didn’t get what I ordered like all the toppings I got charged for! I asked for well done, but it wasn’t well done either (maybe it’s because they were in rush to finish their shift) but it was so embarrassing for me because I had a guest!!! I called them back right away and told them about their mess and was about to take the pizza back to them, but the guy told me that it was his co-worker’s mistake! He took my information (name and phone number) and offered me that your next pizza is on us. Also he told me that I will let my manager know about this. Today I called them to order pizza and mentioned that you guys messed up my pizza last time and told me that your next order of pizza is on us, but this guy on the phone was so rude and accused me of lying!!! I explained again to him, and eventually he remembered because this was the same guy who I talked on the phone with him last time; but still he was aggressive over the phone! After putting my on a hold twice, harshly he told me that you call again tomorrow and talk to my manager! I’m so disappointed with their services! Their new management is...

I'm a huge pizza fan... my family and I eat pizza like almost 2 times a week. We have always been ordering pizza from either Pizza Hut or Pizza 73. But around 5 months ago I came to Country Pizza just to try another pizza place and cause I was craving pizza. My first time in here I was greeted by the staff and manager and they took my order and were all very polite. I went home and I was thinking in my head that this is just like any other type of pizza... And when I opened the box when I got home and took a bite I thought I was dreaming. It was honestly the best pizza that my family and I had ever tried. Ever since that day my family has never bought pizza from anywhere else except from Country Pizza. Every time I go there now the experience is the same if not better as my first time there. I defianately recommend this place to everyone who loves pizza.... it's crispy and crunchy and the dough is perfect. I always get the vegetarian pizza Punjabi style. It's always spicy the way I like it and also their garlic cheese bread is really good too. Thier prices are also really cheap and if you order online you save an extra 15% off your order. Updated Country Pizza was courteous enough to offer us another "Tandoori Chicken Pizza" with all the toppings for free following the mix-up with the order.

Didn't get what is mentioned on the menu (website). I ordered (on Aug 17, 2018) "Tandoori Chicken Pizza", and as per the menu it should have the following toppings: Tandoori Chicken, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, cheese and tomato sauce.

Mine had only Tandoori Chicken, cheese and tomato sauce! No mushrooms, green peppers and onions! Since I ordered Olives (for additional charge), it had that also.
