Canadian Pizza Unlimited & FRIED CHICKEN — Restaurant in Calgary

Not sure if they have different owners but this location was brutal. I had advanced ordered 3 14” pizza for 7:00 pm delivery. 7:10 pm came around and no delivery. I called to check on my order and was told my order was forgotten. The owner told me could have it delivered in 45 min. The owner offered me a discount plus a free 2 L pop. My kids were hungry and liked the pizza. We usually order from the NW location. But we were at my sister house in the NE. So anyway I agreed to wait. When the delivery driver came there was no discount and no free pop. Not the drivers fault so I paid full price and even tipped the driver. I called and he offered to give me my next order. I told him I don’t live in the NE and I won’t be able to use it next time for where I live. Unfortunate cause the NW location is amazing and order form there...

This place was okay. Their donair pizza is not good, the white sauce they put in it is weird and too sweet. Compared to other pizza places, this place doesnt make good donair pizza. There was one incident some time in February we ordered online for pick up and when we arrived to pick it up, it costed us an additional over 10$ than what was stated online. We inquired about why we were being charged more, and the person made an excuse how online is wrong or whatever. We were confused and upset. They need to either change the website prices/promotions, or abide by them.

Update: dont trust their business hours. I ordered online on a Friday night before 1230am and got confirmation that itll be ready in 15mins. When I arrived, the lights were all on but door locked and no one there....

I ordered pizza on Jan 24 for my party, I ordered an create your own unlimited topping 18" pizza. Asked them in thr comments and request section to put "Jalepenos, Bannana Peppers, Mushrooms, Pinapple, Peppers, on the side Do Not Put on Pizza. What do they do, they bake it on the pizza. Everyone at my party spent the entire meal picking toppings off, how embarrassing.

On there website they advertise "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" but if you try to submit a complaint through there website you get a 404 Bad Gateway Error. Try to call there office number it goes to a cell phone no one answers. Try to fax them their line is disconnected.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, there so expensive and don't care about their customers, can't even contact them to...
