I was there on Saturday the 18th around 4-5pm. It was a girl she had tattooed eyebrows. The tables were dirty too. No one cared to keep the place clean. There was a big container of chutney sitting on the other table as well with no lid. They can change their gloves when they take money at least. One person can bring out the food and take orders and not wear gloves and not handle food.

Their food is good, the only thing I didn’t like was hygiene. They come out wearing gloves taking the money with their gloves touching their faces with their gloves then going back to the kitchen and making everyone’s food. The sauces are sitting in plastic containers without lids on the tables. The staff had zero customer service full of attitude. I expected better. It was my first time I don’t think I will be back. BEAWARE! Literally taking advantage of clients, the menu clearly shows the price of 29.99 for the Kebab platter and the lady at the counter charged me $34.99 , when I asked the reason for thr extra $5, she said it's because the price sometimes go up, I wish she had told me about this scheme before I placed the order. When I asked what is the special of the day, she says, well, it's after 8 and no more special pricing whatsoever the special item was. Bad Business practice, zero customer service. I liked their food and just last weekend spent over $100 in multiple orders and had shared with many of my friends in the network. We'll, I guess, I have the option to do the opposite as a consumer now. BTW, the receipt says custom item not the platter plus the naan i ordered, I hope someone is looking...

I usually refrain myself from giving a one start review. But this was not case. I do not mind being waiting for food, it happens when it’s busy. Foods quality can vary, which is fine too. But one thing that I do not tolerate is bad customer service, even worse a rude one.

The customer service here is nonexistent. The lady is extremely rude and condescending.

In order over the phone for pick up. When to the store at the time they asked me to come. Then the lady started shouting did you pay or not? When she heard no, she just left and went to the kitchen without giving me and 5 more people the chance to even pay.

You can not afford to behave like this, specially when you are in a very competitive restaurant business.

I will not be going back...
