Poor service. Originally gave a five-star rating which has now been reduced to one star because I've had two issues recently with CPU Forest Lawn. The first issue was when I called about 1 month ago a guy answers the phone and asks how I can be helped. I tell him I wanted delivery and he said okay. I proceeded to give my toppings and pizza size but was cut short by being rudely interrupted with an impatient angry sounding voice of the employee that answered my call asking me if I want delivery or pick up but with the impatient rude sounding voice and obviously wasn't paying attention enough to hear me when I said I wanted to delivery when the call was originally answered by the employee.. I decided to take the initiative and say I did not want to order anything because I was very aggravated by the attitude of the employee speaking to me on the phone. The second issue was when I called to ask for a delivery and was told my address cannot be found after ordering for 4 years straight and getting delivery sent to my same house address I've been using. I was actually surprised that they were willing to lose this much business from me. I've never been rude to them or inappropriate by any stretch of the imagination but I feel like they have some management issues that need to be taken care of in my opinion. As the saying goes.... Easy come, easy go! Next time think about what you're saying to your customers, CPU Forest Lawn.....
There's tons of competition where CPU Forest Lawn is located so I won't have a problem finding another one of their competitors that is actually thinking with their head straight and will beat, match or exceed CPU'S Forest Lawn's quality...
Read moreI've been a customer for years.. pizza tastes good but the customer service worsen over the years. On Sunday (May 2nd) my husband placed an order for delivery - around 6:30pm - ordered XL Greek Pizza with extra feta and with Tin Crust. We had 2x issues: Delivery was nowhere seen .. for about 45min.. so called them to check on our delivery.. after 1h we received our delivery. - the pizza was cold and to our surprise we received it with Thick crust. So my husband called back, lady answered.. we explained her the situation with the crust as she said ,,koky'' way that if we would of order with thin crust she would have written it down.. Soo.. given the fact that myself and my friends heard my husband saying that we want THIN CRUST.. she didn't take her mistake whatsoever. + she added they don't even make thin crust... ... hmm... well.. the fact we've always ordered thin crust for years... she missed that? Even if you look at their website or skip the dishes - you have an option of thin/thick. ... anyway.. what really made me to write this review is the fact that she just wouldn't take their/her mistake at all, no apology.. no nothing. As paying loyal customer I am unhappy with the service we were given (on the several occasions now) ... I think I have no choice but to go somewhere else where they'll appreciate...
Read moreDrove 30 mins to get pizzas from here. I drove all the way home started eating it and noticed it was not the right one. My husband drove 30 mins back to grab the right one. Meanwhile I called her to let her know we want the right pizza she said we need to pay for the new one even though she admitted it was her mistake or we can get a discount on the next pizza even though we could not eat the toppings that were on it. Why would we pay for another when we can’t eat this one we paid for. She said we need to return the old pizza which he already left without I asked if they want to pick it up because I am not driving another 30 mins which would have been 1.5 hours of driving at this point and she said nvm have a good day and hungup on me. Not sure why they would want us to waste our time and gas for their mistake to bring the old pizza back that we touched and ate from just to throw it out there??? I have been eating pizza from canadian pizza for over 15 years and never had a bad experience at any other location in Calgary...
