Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Calgary

At this particular location of Carl's Jr, I probably received some of the best service in my life! I had done some researchast minute before to see if I could eat something vegetarian there- unfortunately at this location, they didn't carry the veggie patties I had hoped for. However, VIVIENNE, the lady who took my order, went faaar out of her way to make sure I was still taken care of, and wouldn't be charged an outrageous amount for it. She made me an awesome burger and was so sweet as to not only come after I had sat down (at the back of the store) and ask what sauce I wanted (she forgot the first time), she came back after a few bites to see if it was to my liking. THEN, when we were leaving, she took me and all my friends' trays full of garbage (despite us insisting she didn't need to lol) and carried them all by herself to the garbage can. She was so sweet and caring ❤️ Never would expect this in a fast food joint, and maybe not even in a restaurant! She was so enuinely kind and seemed to actually enjoy her work. Never trust this location ever .... I'm a regular client and coming all the time to Eat my meal because I believe they it's a wonderful concept.. unfortunately this time no way ..... I will never ever trust the staff or the location why??? Because when I asked the cashier to make my meals fresh they said ok and when I get my meals it's all cold except the tenders ... .. The cashier asked and tell the kitchen staff to make fresh and I keep my eyes on the oven there is nothing coming fresh .. they served the food under the shoot who this food there is maximum limit to keep it and not serve it to any customers. Shelf life takes 10 minutes and What stupid kitchen staff did to give me that food....

And I request my meal no tomatos and it's with tomato .

When I asked the staff I need to speak to the manager and operations she said go online and search for...

Always the best burgers, I have no idea why I don't go here more often. I mean, apart from the limited locations in this city.

Food: western bacon double burger is incredible, needs absolutely nothing more. Love the onion ring hidden under the bottom patty. Fries are perfect and I don't care what Thrillist has to say, these are the best fries anywhere. Crispy, thin and perfect. Chicken tenders look like they came from a mutant chicken and I love the breading.

Service: they did table service. The fountain pop is out front so you can get refills when you want (no need for a large if you're dining in).

Atmosphere: there's a dude who works here that always plays his own music on the speakers and even though it's not my style I love that it's that sort of place. It's very Empire Records and I always enjoy...
