So unprofessional and so so rude. Literally argued with me when I told them their employee was rude to me. I wouldn't order from here they do not care about their customers and instead of taking responsibility they just argue with the people paying their bills. No matter how good the pizza is. I would never order from them again waiting to talk to a manager. Dude wouldn't even give me his first name which is so sketchy. Operator 102 apparently. (Also I was nice the entire time and patient and the employee acted like I was an inconvenience and being so rude to me)I Iliterally work in customer service and strive to give them the best service if you can't even tell me the prices of pizza or toppings without being an absolute mean person you probably shouldn't work in customer service. This location has to get their stuff together. I rarely ever make bad reviews but this place was terrible do not order from here. (Also the guy said he listened to every single call and knew the person followed procedure) let's think for a min - do you think that if people are in a call center they really listen to every call daily- complete bs if your listening to every call you're not doing you're job lol that's a lot of calls. Hands down BEST pizza in Calgary.

Ok first of all, I usually only leave reviews when Google harassed me for a month or 2. I felt the need to leave this one because of how great of quality they offer. I'm usually brutally honest with my reviews, so if you think I'm exaggerating or something, look at my other reviews.

This place makes FANTASTIC pizza, 16 deep dish slices. I'm a big guy, I can usually eat a whole round pizza from panago or red swan no problem. I cant finish more than 5 slices from these guys. I took this photo after I ate tonite (at the same time I decided to leave this review)

The delivery time is always surprisingly fast. Delivery was supposed to be 45-60 mins tonite, only took half an hour. ONCE they took over an hour and I called up and complained, the owner handled the situation perfectly. Their delivery dudes are very friendly, not awkward like some other places.

Here, when you add extra meat, you actually get double the meat, not a small sprinkle. Price here is a bit above average, however you get a square pizza (about a third more) and the topping are never skimpy.

The dough they use is soft and flavorful, no strange taste of yeast or flour. The pizza slices are easily reheated in the microwave (best with a bit of plastic wrap overtop to keep steam in). Even reheated, the pizza tastes great. This is a game changer if you buy extra purposely for leftovers.

Pizza was cooked to perfection, even with a ton of toppings. The cook, an older Asian man, even brought out my pizzas to the car as I arrived before it was fully done. Even made me laugh with his light banter. Great entertainment.
