Good portions are generous, and have that variety that brings a bit of new excitement to lunch from the boring sandwich options. The place comes across as a fast food pay and go - but it’s actually a really nice restaurant, which is not obvious until you’re inside. Staff is friendly, but not attentive. Not really an issue u less your in a hurry, but order what ever you might need for the next 15 min before they leave the table. The food was fun and tasty. The breads they bring out at the start of the meal was a nice touch along with the complementary tea at the end of the meal. It was a little pricy, but they are generous with the expensive parts of the meals like meat so it’s still actually good value. Overall I enjoyed this meal with friends, it was fun. This place could do with a better location as that is really the only aspect that detracts from the experience. I plan to return in the future As as aside the menu groups like meals together, but the numbers for the meals are all over the place mixed up, which when you ask your friend what they are thinking of and they say number 73, dining it on the first of may oages next to items 1-15 is a fun “find Waldo” type event. No harm in it, just a good conversation starter as everyone figures out the menu is mixed up!

The quality of food was good except for the pide. We ordered the big platter of $14o+ good for four but in my honest opinion the quantity of rice and fries was so little that it was a shame. I was only wondering that the three platters on the menu; i.e. for 2 and for 3 and for 4, do all of them have same quantity of rice and fries??? On top of it the sauce given to us with 4 person platter was only two table spoons in a small container. Looking at that, I was only wondering would it be only one table spoon for 2 person platter. Anyway there were many other dishes ranging from $20 to $30 and if we had ordered four separately, we would have received more quantity of rice, fries and salad for $120 for 4. Overall, it was a rip off of what we paid vs what we got. So be careful, to order the big platter, rather try 3 separate dishes on the menu and share amongst each other rather sharing the platter. I was comparing the quality and quantity against Turquaz Kebab House in Edmonton which has better service and better quantity and their bread is far better than the ones served in this restaurant. Management should visit the restaurant I mentioned above to learn how your service shoud be. Overall, it was shameful quantity but good quality.

My 1st time going here, I made a reservation for Valentines Day. When we arrived, I let them know we were here, the gentleman said oh I rem you from when I called, and treated me with a genuine welcoming smile. We were then seated at a small table, but before we could order were asked if we'd like to move to a bench table as I had asked when making the reservation, but I was a last minute and told they already had over 30 requests. This was very amazing of them and they made us feel great! The waiter was funny and projected nothing but positive vibes, again making us feel important! I forget the name of the dish we ordered, my date is Turkish, not me, was my 1st time ever. WOW! It was so delicious! Also the atmosphere even though full house was very intimate and relaxing, light music playing not too loud and the lighting was good, not dark like a lot of other places. Seeing some of the other customers orders I was beside myself, simply amazing! Prices are fair and reasonable! Thank you for an amazing experience, I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming again and again!

From the moment you walk into this restaurant, you know you’re in for a treat. I came in with zero expectations and was left with such a wonderful impression of Turkish Kebab House.

At first, I wasn’t sure if this was more of a dine in experience or take out restaurant but ultimately decided to take out. I also wasn’t sure about the portion sizes and decided to order one meal to share with my husband. I was patiently guided by the Hostess and Manager through the menu to find an option that both my husband and I could enjoy. We chose a platter that had one chicken skewer and one beef skewer. We also ordered the freshly squeezed orange juice.

After ordering my meal, I was expecting to just wait in my car but instead, the hostess was kind enough to offer me a table and tea while I wait. Again, something I did not expect at all but was very appreciative of.

Even though I ordered takeout, I was asked multiple times if I had been helped and if there’s anything I needed. I was even updated regarding the amount of time I could expect to wait for my meal. If they were this helpful and kind while waiting for takeout, I can only imagine the level of service provided for dine in customers.

Once our meal was prepared, my husband and I could not wait until we got home. The meal smelt amazing. I enjoyed the chicken skewer which was perfectly marinated and grilled while my husband enjoyed the beef skewer. I also enjoyed the bread with the delicious homemade hummus while my husband opted to try the salad. Everything was delicious. We will surely be back in the near future to try more dishes on their menu.

Thank you, Turkish Kebab House. Your food and service...

Among the many dishes that graced our table, none held my heart quite like my own — the legendary Iskender Kebab. But to call it simply a dish would be a disservice. It was a memory awakened, a song of flavor that stirred something ancient within me.

The first bite was a key — unlocking a door in time. Suddenly, I was back in Istanbul, on the Asian side, where the waters of the Bosphorus shimmer like poetry under the evening light. I remember the place so clearly: a modest, timeworn restaurant tucked between cobbled alleys, its wooden beams steeped in history, its walls echoing with quiet laughter and the clinking of tea glasses.

The scent of the city lingered in the air — a rich blend of roasted spices, sea salt, and the breath of empires. The streets were alive with whispers of the Ottoman past as if the stones themselves remembered.

And then — the dish. Thin slices of fire-grilled lamb, tender and smoky, laid gently over pieces of pillowy pide bread. A slow-simmered tomato sauce embraced every bite, while a stream of golden melted butter cascaded over the top like sunlight. On the side, a cloud of cool, tangy yogurt, balanced the warmth with its soft, silken touch.

It wasn’t just delicious. It was a reunion with a version of myself, sitting by the water years ago, eyes wide, heart full, discovering what it means to taste history.

And without a doubt, I will return to that little restaurant. To sit again by the Bosphorus, to breathe in the scent of history, and to savor once more the magic of their...

I recently visited Turkish Kebab House and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of the experience. From the moment I stepped in, the warm ambiance and the tantalizing aroma set the stage for what turned out to be a memorable meal.

One of the first things I noticed was how visually appealing the dishes were—the freshness of the ingredients was evident right away. Each plate was a vibrant display of colors and textures, hinting at the quality that lay beneath the surface. And indeed, the food did not disappoint; every bite delivered a rare "wow" factor that is hard to come by in today’s dining scene.

The service was equally remarkable. The staff were attentive, friendly, and eager to make the dining experience enjoyable. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made the visit feel personalized and special.

To top it all off, the restaurant offered complementary food and drinks, adding an unexpected and delightful bonus to the meal. This thoughtful gesture elevated the overall experience and demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Overall, Turkish Kebab House is a gem for anyone looking to enjoy fresh, high-quality cuisine served with exceptional care. I left with a smile on my face and a strong desire to return. Highly recommended for those in search of a dining experience that truly goes...
